Kaanapali Whalers Village, Maui

Kaanapali Whalers Village on Maui is a shopping mall and museum located right in the middle of the Kaanapali Beachwalk, near the Kaanapali hotels and condos, between the Westin Maui and The Whaler Condominiums.

There are more than 90 stores, from designer boutiques and island stores to cafés and restaurants. You’ll find stores like Cinnamon Girl, Crazy Shirts, Honolua Surf Co., Tommy Bahama, Maui Divers Jewelry, Maui Dive Shop, Honolulu Cookie Company and many more. Shopping hours are 9:30 am to 10 pm daily.

The Whalers Village Museum celebrates Maui’s whaling history and features displays that foster ocean awareness. It is open from 10 am to 6 pm daily. Admission is free.

They charge $4/hour to park unless you can get your parking validated. The problem is - No one will validate your parking even if you buy stuff. Some stores require you to spend $90 before they will validate parking. This place is a HUGE rip off. Avoid it. There are better, less expensive stores with free parking in Lahaina. This place does not want your business.
