Guests will be able to access everything located within our private gated community. Upon check-in, guests will receive property keys which will give them access to all entrance and exit points of the property including to the unit itself.
Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax is mandatory for all visitors who stay less than 180 days in a contiguous visit. This tax is 10.25% on gross rent and will be in addition to Hawaii's standard general excise tax of 4.5%. These taxes are required to be charged by all hotels and any bed and breakfast rentals. Any guests will be charged these fees which will be added to the total rental fee and will be exclusive of the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like additional cleaning during your stay as we would be more than happy to accommodate so long as proper notice has been provided....
