Any 3 day or more booking in Aug or Sept ,2025 will get a 20% discount on our nightly rate. This is a an amazing 1 bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit with plenty of space. It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. It has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio. It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough. It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun. The condo is set on a beautiful golf course with tennis courts ,pools, spas, and a fitness room. We have beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, snorkel gear, water shoes, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Our cleaning is meticulous to prepare our condo for your stay to be as safe as possible. We will do everything to create a clean environment by the following recommended sanitation guidelines to make sure all surfaces, appliances, and anything that comes in physical contact have been sanitized before and after guests leave and check in. Such a lovely relaxing condo. So well appointed and has absolutely everything one could need. I loved the homey feel of the place - not a sterile rental condo feel. The condo was exquisitely clean, quiet and perfect to unwind from a day of sightseeing; sipping wine on the lanai, planning our next day was heaven. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great location and the gated community is pristine. Kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. Martin (owner) and Jennifer (local contact) were both very responsive to all our needs. The welcome basket was great. Nice and clean with so much attention to detail. A very positive experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is clear that the owners take great pride in their place. I love condos that don't feel like a tunnel with a window at the end. This place has lots of glass, angles and light, the floors are beautiful, the king bed very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. There is also a great breeze by opening the windows at night. No A/C needed when we were there in July. It was also walking distance to the shoreline where there is a nice path along the rocky beach with beautiful vistas. Highly recommend!

Condo was in great shape and very clean. Quiet first floor location. Beach chairs/umbrella and cooler were appreciated. Nice on site pool and jacuzzi.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Martin condo. It's exactly like it is in the pictures. Has everything you need and more, chairs, snorkel gear, water shoes in different sizes and lots of books for just sitting back and chillin. Conveniently locating to beach and shopping. We visit the island at least 4 times a year to see family and this is be our new go to.

Our family with 3 kids < 10 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location close to shops and groceries, although we often just cooked in the condo kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. It was a great home base for adventures to the national landmarks near by, beaches, and Mauna Kea. The kids LOVED all the beach toys and we used them a lot. We also had a blast doing puzzles together at night. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to use and comfortable and we could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be coming back again next time we are on the big island!

We enjoyed our week at The Shores. This unit is very comfortably furnished and also well equipped, with pretty much everything anyone would need. The landscaping outside the lanai is beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.
