Super clean and comfortable condo with a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We went scuba diving with Big Island Divers for 5 days. Can’t wait to come back again in the future!

This was likely the nicest VRBO in which we've ever stayed. The property was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. Martin & Rachelle were great hosts and provided lots of tips on dining, shopping, and things to do. There was a gift basket upon our arrival with beers, chocolates, and chips! Everything in the property was well organized with labels and the beach chairs/towels were a nice perk. There were a few check out duties, but that is pretty typical with most VRBO's. We would strongly recommend!

This property was even better than advertised. Spacious, clean and well-appointed. We loved the beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The air conditioning was nice to cool off after long days in the sun- great location for day trips to other parts of the island.
This place was awesome! We felt so fortunate to stay in this place because it was beautiful. It was well maintained and the stickers were found in some places were good reminders how to use things. This place was also well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms had enough towels and linens. The bed! It was firm which my back really appreciated. There were a lot of beach and pool things that were got to enjoy. They even had a cart to take to go to to the beach. The pool we enjoyed it very much. Lanai was a nice place to stay but had enough privacy. Location was great. It was near 2 plazas and just a drive to beautiful beaches and food. Martin was a great host. Definitely recommend to this place. Would love to come back.

My teen son, tween daughter and I spent seven days at this home at Shores at Waikaloa. The location was easy to access and very quiet. We opted for this property over a hotel because my son wanted some degree of separation which it definitely provides.Everything worked well — Door locks, HVAC, laundry, shower, coffee maker, DW. The bed was comfortable the towels were soft. The property had nearly everything we needed except for Kleenix and Qtips, but seriously everything else. There was a water filter in the fridge and fresh ice in the freezer. I really appreciated all the labels for the towels, sheets, laundry — so many of my questions were answered by having these little touches. There was also a thoughtful Welcome Gift with a great map of the local beaches. I felt like a lot of thought and care went into providing the best possible home away from home. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we’d gladly go back!
We enjoyed our stay. Martin was very helpful. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Close to island gourmet for groceries. No issues being on the ground floor. We’d stay here again.
What a great place to start our Hawaiian adventure! The property was exactly at described, convenient and clean.
We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was clean, new, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent as the grounds were beautifully manicured with close access to the pool, exercise room, and walking distance to the beaches. The hosts were most helpful giving great ideas of activities, beaches to visit and places to eat. They also were prompt to any questions we had before and during our stay. This is a place we would stay in the future for how smoothly it all went.
Such a lovely relaxing condo. So well appointed and has absolutely everything one could need. I loved the homey feel of the place - not a sterile rental condo feel. The condo was exquisitely clean, quiet and perfect to unwind from a day of sightseeing; sipping wine on the lanai, planning our next day was heaven. We will absolutely stay here again.
Great location and the gated community is pristine. Kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. Martin (owner) and Jennifer (local contact) were both very responsive to all our needs. The welcome basket was great. Nice and clean with so much attention to detail. A very positive experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is clear that the owners take great pride in their place. I love condos that don't feel like a tunnel with a window at the end. This place has lots of glass, angles and light, the floors are beautiful, the king bed very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. There is also a great breeze by opening the windows at night. No A/C needed when we were there in July. It was also walking distance to the shoreline where there is a nice path along the rocky beach with beautiful vistas. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Martin condo. It's exactly like it is in the pictures. Has everything you need and more, chairs, snorkel gear, water shoes in different sizes and lots of books for just sitting back and chillin. Conveniently locating to beach and shopping. We visit the island at least 4 times a year to see family and this is be our new go to.
Property was in a perfect location, nicely decorated, close to pool….parking was close to condo!

Our family with 3 kids < 10 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location close to shops and groceries, although we often just cooked in the condo kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. It was a great home base for adventures to the national landmarks near by, beaches, and Mauna Kea. The kids LOVED all the beach toys and we used them a lot. We also had a blast doing puzzles together at night. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to use and comfortable and we could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be coming back again next time we are on the big island!
We enjoyed our week at The Shores. This unit is very comfortably furnished and also well equipped, with pretty much everything anyone would need. The landscaping outside the lanai is beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.
This unit was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Well stocked kitchen, beach and pool gear - wagon was handy especially for Hāpuna beach one of our favourite spots! We used the BBQ’s, just across the parking lot very convenient and the
the Tropics pub is pretty much on site and caters to NFL fans on game day if you are so inclined:)

This condo is in immaculate condition!! Everything was spotless, beautiful decor, and super organize. The living room has a very comfortable sleeper sofa and extra individual bed. There’s plenty of setting space, books, movies, big size TV, pamphlets with tourist information in living room . The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your own meals if desired. There were extras like condiments, coffee, sugar, tea, cooking oil, etc. Host left a nice gift baskets with treats, thank you ! The inside laundry room very convenient as well. You will also find a very comfortable queen size bed in the master room you won’t want to wake up from ! The view to the outside and freeze will keep you in bed :). The restroom is very spacious and like the kitchen, it’ll have little extras to truly make you feel like at home. Not to mention the beach gear, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, towels, and much more. The pool in the community completed our vacation and the nearby beach is stunning! Location wise, you can’t go wrong staying in Waikoloa Village. The host was super accessible prior and during our stay. We will definitely be back !
We really enjoyed this condo. Everything we could need was provided and the unit was clean and very nice. The owners were great to communicate with. The resort was also wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this property over the New Year's break 2018/2018- had a wonderful and relaxing time- proximity to the beach- restaurants- grocery shops allows this property for a good walk able score . Martin/owner was very responsive and helpful - plenty of towels/beach gear at the property made packing very easy for us :)
