We stayed for five nights, and the house was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Overall, our stay fully met our expectations and satisfaction.

The place was amazing. Very close to town and a very peaceful place to stay. The house was very well equipped with all you need for a family stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely book this house again!

We typically stay on the west side, but wanted to be close to where my son lives. We absolutely loved staying in Paia! We loved the local vibe, small town atmosphere, great views, and location of the house. The house was perfect for our needs with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and great lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and appeared to be recently updated. The beds were comfy. The living room was cozy and had great views as well. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was very comfortable and roomy. It is bigger than it appears on the outside. The bedrooms are decent sizes. I appreciated that they had luggage racks in each bedroom (I don't like to keep my luggage on the floor). The water pressure of the showers was very good. The outdoor shower was very helpful in washing the sand off of us. The walk to town is about 3/4 of a mile away, a very easy walk. There are a few restaurants, many shops, a grocery store, and many other places to visit. Our favorite was the ice cream shop at the traffic light intersection. If you plan on taking the road to Hana, this town is on the way. The beach we visited was less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Commercial/national stores and food was 15 minutes away by car, a very easy drive. The owner answered my questions quickly and was very easy to communicate with. The only negative was the neighbors' pets, sometimes we could hear them. I have pets, so it didn't bother me too much. Please don't let this deter you from renting this house. If we ever make it back to Maui, I would easily rent this house again.

This location is great. An easy walk to eat/shop in Paia and Baldwin Beach or Paia Bay Beach. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The property has everything you need.

Nice place in a residential neighborhood. Sceninc view from the Lanai. There were beach chairs a cooler and beach gear. We really enjoyed it.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect (especially if you're a cyclist and want to go uphill). It was good for my young adult children with easy access to Paia and beaches. The staff that supports the property does a really good job making sure everything is taken care of. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Five of us stayed here for 9 days. We beach hopped, played golf, frequented local restaurants and ate in several times. The home location was perfect. Close to great beaches, we could walk to town and only a short drive
