*Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
*No parties, events, or group gatherings beyond registered guests.
*Street parking is prohibited. Please use the carport or driveway only.
*No candles or open flames allowed on the property.
*No shoes or sand inside the house. Please rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering.
*Shake out sandy towels and swimsuits before using the washer or dryer. Do not overload machines.
*Turn off all fans and lights when not in use or when leaving the house.
*Always close windows and the sliding glass door before leaving or sleeping—Maui rain squalls can occur suddenly. *Guests are responsible for damage caused by rain entering the home.
*Use coasters and placemats to protect surfaces.
*Trash collection is Thursday morning—please place bins at the curb Wednesday night.
*Outdoor security cameras are in place for property protection but are not actively monitored.
