This place was stunning! I wouldn’t believe how great of a price it was for so much space! We were able to fit our whole family and, it was such a beautiful mixture of inside and outside places to relax! The hammock was so peaceful outside and we had so much space to walk around in the backyard!! Highly highly highly reccamended! Thank you so much for the stay!!

Our group skewed in the older age bracket with aunties and uncles getting together to visit their sister upcountry. The house was a perfect setting for us: all one level, spacious and clean, conveniently located close to Paia town. We had many meals at the house, using in the well-equipped kitchen and the grill. It is beautiful place.
This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and have intimate conversations and great space to gather is a whole family for meals and enjoyment. The beds are comfortable in each room individually temperature controlled worked great. And the back patio was spectacular

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for 8 of us and there still would have been more room if people had kids. We loved the beautiful view outside behind the house that made us feel like we were remote even though we had just a few blocks to restaurants and downtown shops in Paia! We would highly recommend this house to stay at!
Perfect house for a multi family vacation! Easy walk to Paia even with 5 year olds. Super beaches close by too.
This property was truly amazing with Hawaiian decor. Living space on one level. Huge living room/dining room space for the family to gather in. Bedrooms separated so everyone enjoyed privacy and quiet. Deck is huge with beautiful views. And the hosts made everything easy and enjoyable. This was the perfect place for our family of 7 adults. This house was so nice - it has every kitchen item you could want, plenty of space to spread out, and the beds and couch are very comfortable. Anything I asked for, they went out of their way to help make happen, even after we’d left! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!
Walking distance to the Paia market area, beaches are close by. The property itself was very beautiful, loads of fruit trees, the space is big and rooms separated. Was great for kids as they got a lot of space to run around. Property was very clean, would be great if a basic thing such as body wash or body soap was provided. Lately I have noticed a lot of home rentals leave the basic toiletries out.
There were lots of lizards and geckos but you are in nature so they are bound to be there. Mostly outside but a couple of them were indoors too.
The management was very friendly, responsive and took care of my questions in a prompt manner. Would certainly recommend the stay here.

We are thankful to have found this nice property located near our son’s home. It met all our needs and was an extra plus to have air conditioning! It has a nice view as well.

The property was absolutely perfect for two families traveling together. Plenty of space, great outdoor area for everyone, beavh gear, and a short walk to everything in town. We'll definitely be back!
We loved this place. It was crazy spacious. We were able to prepare some pretty amazing meals in the kitchen. And a short walk to downtown Paia. It is very spacious and exactly what we needed!

I wish Paia was closer because I would rent this property several times a year. Beautiful home and layout, fantastic location, beautiful views, wonderful hosts/property manager. 12/10 would recommend.
