We spent 7 days at this property in late September / early October 2025 and we had an excellent experience. We enjoyed spending mornings / evenings on the lanai where we could see the ocean with a cool breeze while enjoying some cold beverages The pool is also very nice and was never crowded and we were always able to get a couple of lounge chairs with an umbrella on the days we wanted to just stay in. We also enjoyed the location in Kihei since it was so close to several beaches, excellent restaurants, food trucks, etc.. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, with modern appliances, and excellent decor. Also, the owner is so nice and she sent us all kinds of recommendations of things to do / visit in Maui and made the overall experience so easy. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again if we make it back to Maui.
We had such a great time at this beautiful condo. We loved the location and all surrounding food options. The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The breeze through the condo was amazing and we loved spending mornings on the lanai drinking coffee and my daughter loved night swims in the pool. We will definitely be back !
This lovely home was as advertised, and then some. Convenient location, comfortable and attractive living, fantastic views and perhaps the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever visited. Jean is an excellent host, providing lots of information to help enhance the stay (eg great restaurant picks) and very responsive, yet unintrusive. We hope to return someday!
This was a spectacular stay! We enjoyed the condo and it’s amenities. Everything we needed (like beach towels and mats) were available for us to use. Jean reached out prior to our stay and answered all of our questions. The condo was close to multiple grocery stores and great eateries, all within reasonable walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights in Jean's beautiful condo and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stoked with plenty of cooking supplies and spices (there's also plenty of sunscreen!). We loved the ambiance and colors inside this beautifully remodeled condo. Also the pool and grill area was also really nice to camp out. Note - there were four adults in our party and would say that is plenty. You could additionally squeeze 2 small children in as well otherwise 6 ppl would be quite cozy given this is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo. Would absolutely stay again!
This condo was exactly as listed and as in the pictures! It is a fabulous place with everything you could want in a home away from home. The kitchen is awesome! It has top notch large & small appliances along with every utensil you need to prepare meals. Very clean, inviting, and just like home. Jean, the owner was easy to communicate with and we got to meet her as well. Beautiful views from the lanai; the property is quiet; not far away from anything. It made our first trip to Maui easy & enjoyable. Will definitely be recommending to anyone going to this area in the future!!
Thank you to our host, Jean, who made our 2nd stay in her condo an amazing time again. Loved the pool, bbqs and the close walk to the beach. The kitchen is so well-equipped with extras including spices, condiments, baking supplies, and even icepacks in the freezer, Amazing balcony / lanai for seeing incredible sunsets. We made good use of the beach chairs, coolers, and mats, etc. It was another worry-free vacation. This Kihei condo is a great location in Maui. Highly recommended!!

My adult son and enjoyed our stay. The condo was well-appointed, clean, and quiet.
The property is exactly as it appears in the pics. The owner cares about her property and will answer your question. The air stopped working and the repair guy came out at 7:30pm about 30 minutes after I was able to speak to the owner. He was great. Got it going! I cleaned the property and got it back to the way I found it for the owner when I left. The condo is close to almost everything. There are restaurants and coffee places all over. You will love all of the chickens everywhere you go! I bought bags of shrimp flavored chips to feed them every morning when I bought coffee. Hope this review helps all of you!
This was a wonderful condo for our family’s first trip to Maui! The location was fantastic and the condo was exceptionally thought out with everything you could need from sunscreen to kitchen items. It was a great home base for all our activities. Thank you for helping to make our vacation so memorable!
Excellent location!! Close to a lot of stores, restaurants and things to do. Great view of the ocean! Well stocked with anything you need. Great host!!
Place was very clean and Jean was very responsive and accommodating.
Location of condo makes for a quiet stay. You can hear road traffic during peak hours but that will be the same for most any condo in the area.
Short walk to the beach. Not a swimming or water sports beach but this means less people and a lot quieter than other beaches, which was nice. It’s a short drive to many beaches when you want to snorkel or boogie board.
Condo is situated far enough from the pool and pickleball courts that the lanai is a quiet place to hang out and condo is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to stay in and cook.
Overall, very happy with our stay.

If you enjoy actually using the kitchen and cooking during your stay, this place is PERFECT. So many rentals are hard to cook in because they lack the little ingredients or tools that aren’t worth buying on a trip (oils, seasoning, etc). This kitchen is absolutely complete, has many fun tools to try and is a joy to be in. Also everything you’d need for the beach and so many other well thought out details & touches. Clean, well decorated & highly recommend!!
Nice view from lanai. Appartment itself is fabulous. Modern, clean and more than fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to enjoy.
Street nearby is sometimes little busy and noisy.
Lots of shope and restaurants nearby.
This place was amazing!!! Location was perfect and was centrally located to a lot of the activities we were looking for. The 2 bedroom unit had everything you can want and the instructions and recommendations that Jean our host left us were very helpful. The AC units kept us comfortable and everything from the kitchen appliances to the plush bath towels made our stay like home. The view from the lanai and a nice cup of coffee was a great way to start the day! See picture attached. In summary, great place to stay with a fantastic host! Thank you Jean and we hope to return to Maui soon!
