Townhouse was exactly as listed. Great location, with grassy area off back lanai and right across from the pool & hot tub.
Overall size and layout was great for our family of 6. Unit was nice and clean upon our arrival. And because we stayed for a month, Seth arranged a mid stay clean, which was a nice bonus.
Beds in all the rooms were extremely comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and towels.
There were brand new beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage for use during our stay.
Seth was the best host I have ever dealt with! Always very prompt with his replies. We would love to stay here again.

We are a family of five and really enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying at the Colony Villas and we will be back. The location is fantastic and the condo had everything we required. Kitchen is very well stocked and the condo is very clean.
Seth is excellent to deal with and helped us deal with a cancelled flight on the way home.

Beautiful roomy villa with all the comforts of home. All the snorkeling and beach equipment we needed was available at the villa.
This was an amazing condo in a great location. The condo itself was beauty’s d had more than enough amenities that you need. The beach gear (chairs, coolers, snorkels) was so helpful. The information that the owners left was extremely helpful in deciding what to do and answered any questions one may have about the island. We just stayed here last week with our family of 5 (kids age 5,8,& 10) and we LOVED it. The placed was big and beautiful. Our kids thought we were at a luxury resort! They have every kind of beach accessory we needed and then some. Same went for the things we needed inside the condo. It was clean, quiet, very close to the swimming pool, fitness center, grills, and tennis court. It was also close to some amazing beaches and a good central location to see the Big Island from. Seth was very quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. We would recommend this place to our family and friends for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2 storey corner condo unit on the golf course in Waikoloa Village in January 2019. It is an ideal location, with a private patio with outdoor furniture, with hibiscus shrubbery to provide additional privacy. The kitchen is very well appointed, with lots of dishes and cooking implements. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was especially comfortable. The master bathroom is huge, with a walk in shower and his and her sinks! There is additional bedding and lots of towels in the upstairs linen closet. The unit is air conditioned - a necessity on hot days. The tastefully landscaped swimming pool and spa are about 300 feet from the unit. There are many beach items in the attached garage, including snorkeling gear, surf boards, picnic coolers, beach chairs, etc. There are several beaches close by, by car. We visited Hapuna Beach, a state park, with fabulous sandy beaches.
Waikoloa Village offers many services, including 2 shopping centers and the Waikoloa Hilton, a stunning resort is about 15 minutes away if you're walking. The dolphins are always a big attraction there.

Perfectly outfitted for our group of six, with a large modern kitchen and living room on the ground floor and upstairs a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and queen in another. The twin beds in the other bedroom upstairs were a little hard for adults but worked out ok. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear in the garage, and easy access to the pool and tennis courts. A perfect place to stay on the Big Island!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to spend time on the Big Island. First, the pictures do not do it justice. Seth and Yvonne obviously take such pride in their villa. Such attention was given to the design throughout. And they've left a handmade book of all their favorite places to visit, which we made good use of! Although the property is on the Kona side of the island (which offers the most beautiful beaches in our opinion), we were pleasantly surprised that it was just 1 1/2 hours from the Hilo Airport. So their villa is more than accessible to virtually all the best attractions that the Big Island offers. Further, they make available more than you could expect from any VRBO (we were so happy to make use of their tennis rackets and snorkeling gear). The kitchen is also more stocked with appliances and gadgets than my own at home! There's also more than enough basics (spices, coffee/tea accessories, and some dry goods) to make this an effortless home away from home. There is a pool, hot tub, and tennis court just steps away from the property....seriously, what more could you possible be looking for!
This property was amazing. The location was great, the size of the unit was great for a family, and the beds were comfortable. We had almost everything we needed. It was great to have the stuff necessary for activities every day and the pool was directly across the way. I would advise to go to the property before buying condiments and whatnot because there was plenty already stocked. It was so nice to come home from a busy day and cook a meal as a family. The only downside was that the TVs upstairs didn't appear to be connected to the satellite and the condo complex as a whole had a lot of rules. Other than that, we were completely happy. Seth and Yvonne gave great recommendations, so follow them!
