Enjoyed the view from our second story lanai balcony. The pool was one of our favorite spots during our stay.

We had an amazing stay.The place was absolutely fantastic, with excellent service and unforgettable experiences. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would love to come back again. Highly recommended!
Check in was very simple as I had the code before arriving. The issue I had was the navigation took me to the wrong building and the lighting outside was very poor and it was hard to see since we got in late. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed.
The condo was very nice. However, soemthing about it felt "sterile" like a hotel room. Usually VRBOs have some intangible homey feel. Also, note there is no air conditioning (as stated in the description) and it is still very warm and sticky at night.I am very disappointed that the dryer was not working and later determined they knew before we arrived, but never told us, not even a note. We only found out after trying to dry our wash.
The condo was very nice and clean. Convenient location to beaches and Hanalei. The pool was just across the street. Check in was super easy, and the information provided before arrival was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Our stay was made easier with this beautiful place. We were here for our son’s wedding and it was perfect. Very close to beautiful beaches and places to eat!!

Great overall stay. Would stay again def. Only comment for improvement was bad smell in refrigerator / freezer upon chk in but it got little better each day and was fine by weeks end.
What a beautiful condo! Very roomy/ clean/ comfortable place. Easy to access- surrounding area is so peaceful - really enjoyed the pool, walking paths etc. Can’t wait to come back!
The location was fantastic and the unit was so much better than we were expecting, with great views, very spacious, clean and welcoming.
We really enjoyed our week there. The unit looks like the pictures and is in good shape. The balcony offered nice horizon views of the water as well as the majestic mountains to the west. Many fun shops and good restaurants in the area, but also very quiet for a nice zen vacation vibe. The unit does not have A/C, but the fans and breezes kept everything at a very comfortable temp.
We loved our stay in Alaii Kai. Our unit was very up to date and we appreciated the little touches like Saran Wrap, salt and pepper grinders. It would have been nice to have a little cooking oil for eggs.
The beds are phenomenal. In fact, I wanted to check the brand but because of all the mattress protectors (yay!), I failed.
Great stay and amazing apartment! Would definitely stay here again if we come to the north side again.
This condo is in wonderful condition. Can't complain about anything here. Location is great, everything is in working order, clean, and what I value most: QUIET! I loved this condo, would definitely come again. Bravo!
We have been coming to Kauai since 2001 and have stayed at every type of accommodation on the north shore.

Very nice accommodations, clean, well equipped and in a good area. Had excellent swimming pool and hot tub. The only complaint was the rooms were smaller than appeared in pictures.
Property was super clean and quiet while we were there. Had everything we needed for cooking. Grills were so nice to have on site. Pool area was quiet and clean. Make sure to check out Turtle Cave.
Everything we needed was provided. Basic needs to beach chairs and cooler. Check in was easy. 15mins away from restaurants and grocery store.
This unit is in a condo development in Princeville built, I suspect, 30-40 years ago. Fairly standard architecture for the time. It seems to be a mix of vacation rentals and residential - making it quiet but not dead. The unit has been updated in recent years and is in good shape. It is north facing - a necessity if you are going to see the sea, but this means the fairly modest balcony is in the shade. The unit was clean and well presented. Furniture is in good shape and the kitchen stocked with most of the equipment you would need (a teapot would be nice!). No air conditioning but we didn't miss it.
Very little is in walking distance. Princeville is a classic master-planned resort community. The centre of the community is quite nice, and is a 40 minute walk/5-7 minute drive away. The real gem is Hanalei Bay of course - about 10-15 minutes by car right now, due to construction.
