We had a wonderful stay . Unit is clean and it has everything more than you need .nice king bed in the bedroom and the Murphy bed very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy . Mahalo

Whenever you go and you are missing this and that. You wish they have this and that! This place is incredibly well stocked! And organized for details. Kindly instructed. I have nothing but positive feedback for Gretchen and her beautiful condo. She was especially flexible with early check-in and late check-out to correspond with our flight times. Her home is very comfortable (2 air conditioners) and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is central to all areas we explored by car, which was the entire island. The grounds are clean and quiet. Beautiful sunsets right across the street and close to all Kihei restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend a stay at this condo and I will definitely stay here on our next trip. Thank you, Gretchen!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The amenities are the best I have seen. The kitchen has nothing but quality amenities. Pots and pans are plentiful and quality. This stay is stocked with everything you will need. The walk in shower with overhead shower head is great. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! Extremely clean condo in a quiet complex across from a beach perfect for sunsets. Hosts were so amazing and accommodating. Everything you could need for the beach is provided. Stores are very close as well as alot of restaurants. Highly recommend!
The communication was impeccable. There was a little hiccup when we arrived and the owner took care of it in minutes. We cook during our stays and this place provided everything we needed. That is rare for us. BBQ area very clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and appreciated the use of their beach towels, cooler, and comfy beach chairs. The hosts were so thoughtful, providing lots of details about the area and even the use of their Maui Revealed book.
Everything was wonderful. AC kept us cool on hot days. Everything was simple and easy to operate. Felt as though I was at home. Ammenities were nice to have when going to the beaches and snorkling. Would definitely reccomend, or stay again.

We had a great experience at Gretchen’s VRBO. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From beach chairs and towels to a cooler and all the cooking essentials, Gretchen truly thought of everything.
The location of the Vrbo was perfect - right next to the beach and close to many restaurants.

We stayed at this property for a little over a week and it was nice, quiet for the most part and nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool area.
The condo complex is quiet, clean and located in a perfect spot. The condo is very nicely updated with new appliances, nice floors, comfortable beds and furniture. We stayed for a week and had a great experience. Gretchen was an amazing host, she was responsive and gave clear and timely instructions. We would absolutely stay at this place on our next trip to Maui.

We had a wonderful stay here, clean, fully stocked (honestly the most stocked condo i've ever been to), exactly as pictured, beds were very comfy. Could get in touch with the owners very easily, can't say anything negative about this place except that we had to leave :). Would book again in a heartbeat!

Lovely home with everything you could need in a central location. Quiet, restful and spacious. Check the cupboards before you provision, there's lots here already.
After the cleaning lady in between guest cleaned up for us it was the best place to stay. It was small and homey. Close to the main part of Kihei and very close to food options. We walked down to the beach which is just across the street from the complex. We had a great time and was also great because it had all the amenities that we were looking for; place to cook, hangout, do laundry, has AC and a big bed.
We loved our stay here and the property was great!
