Gorgeous property, loved every minute!
Aloha! What an amazing week in Kauai. This house was perfect. We had enough room to spread out and have some quiet time when needed. It's a few steps to a wonderful beach with sunrise and sunset sea turtles, some small and big boogie board waves the kids loved diving into! Fun bar at beach as well for an evening cocktail. House had everything we needed to cook and stay comfortable. Karl was very responsive. Even during the July 29 tsunami, Karl checked on us, let us know the house was actually high enough to stay but we had evacuated anyway. We had a nice tailgate party at Safeway with locals and visitors:)You won't be disappointed at this home! Normally I would choose a newer, modern home but loved this even more! Just made me feel the Aloha in Kauai!We will return. Mahalo Karl and family for sharing your home with ours!
This place checked all of the boxes. Location was amazing, house and grounds were spotless. Everything about this stay was perfect. The owners were very attentive to any questions we had were immediately answered. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
Our family of 7 had a great time! Enough room for everyone and was able to use the pool since the ocean was rough.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Very great communication with Karl, house has everything we needed for our family with elementary age kids and the location is unbeatable.
This place was amazing! The pool area is an oasis! It is secluded and private yet close to the beach. The house is supplied with everything you need and then some. Plenty of tp, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. It also has an arrangement of seasonings and sunscreen, I’m assuming left from other guests. It has toys, movies, board games, beach chairs and toys, pool floaties, umbrellas, surf boards, etc. 2 of the bedrooms have their own access to the patio, which is nice because those 2 don’t have ac. The one bedroom with the ac is a smaller room but has an en suite. Then the main room has an AC that works great and cools the house down. The beach near by has turtles, great waves to boogie board in and a park to roam around. Puka dog and Brennecke’s restaurant are within walking distance. Easy to travel to many parts of the island from here. My family and I would defiantly stay here again and encourage you too as well!
This was a great rental, it’s so nice to just walk to the beaches and not deal with parking. The pool and hot tub were huge for the kids getting as much water time as possible. The place is certainly a bit dated, (that’s why it’s not 2000/night) but is clean and nice, definitely well cared for. Karl the property manager was great to communicate with and helped us out a lot.
Beautiful house with a nice refreshing pool to cool off in. The walk to the beach takes all of 3 minutes.

The house and the location are excellent. The house was clean and well stocked. The only drawback was that the pool and spa were cloudy and algae ridden when we arrived. We contacted the owner, who was on vacation in the continental US, and he had someone there to clean the pool and spa that day and follow up for two more days to make sure the cleanup and algae treatment were working. It did take two days before the pool and spa were ready. The hair dryer didn't work when we arrived. The owner had someone deliver a new one that day. The owner was very friendly and responsive when contacted. We would definitely stay there again.
