Puamana is a lush 30 acre oceanfront community that stretches nearly a mile along Lahaina's southern shores. This community has everything you could ask for - 3 pools, a tennis court, a pickle ball court, fitness center, playground, and multiple beach/ocean access. The gated neighborhood is lined with lush tropical landscaping, fruit trees, and fragrant plumeria flowers, the grounds are spacious and all grassy spaces are common property for your enjoyment. The beach stretches 1/4 mile across the edge of the property is a wonderful place to splash and play or surf the waves. Please Note- The beach is seasonal depending on surf and recent storms. Situated directly behind one of Pumama’s 3 pools, you’ll have quick and easy access to a refreshing dip. The pools are all gated and require a code to enter so you won’t need to worry about little ones wandering in accidentally. The beach/ocean access is just a 1-2 minute walk from the Lanai.
The downstairs ensuite master bedroom and bath have been remodeled and enjoy tropical landscapes with pool views. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, flat screen tv, a spacious closet, washer/dryer and large walk in shower.
The second full bath, located next to the kitchen, has a shower/tub combo and extra storage space for the guests staying in the upstairs loft.
The small upstairs deck is the perfect place to relax or step out to enjoy the ocean views with your morning coffee. You can check the surf conditions without ever leaving the home!

The upstairs loft was designed with separation of space in mind and easy access to the ocean views from the deck. There are two separate sleeping areas upstairs,
each with its own queen bed, flat screen TV, seating and clothes storage area.
PLEASE NOTE: the upstairs rooms are open over the stairway and do not have privacy doors. The beautiful white beam ceilings reduce head room while still providing full standing height in most areas..
