This home was built 5 years ago with contemporary island style features, and a modern touch. We developed this home and now manage it for the current owner. Located near Turtle Bay resort, golf course, spa and beaches, as well as downtown Laie with grocery stores, hardware, theaters, drug stores, etc. and tourist draws like Kuoloa Ranch, Haleiwa town, Sunset Beach, Pipeline and Waimea Bay just a quick drive away.
Smart TV, washing machine and dryer, fully stocked chef's kitchen, Wifi and open layout with sliding doors to the courtyard or the heated pool overlooking the beach. One large bedroom on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms upstairs, including the master bedroom, which looks out over the pool and beachfront. The estate home has two outdoor showers, one of which is off the downstairs bedroom designed with river stones and puka-lava tiles, a natural lava rock wall, and a rain showerhead.

This 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom island-style beachfront house has breathtaking ocean views and a beautiful natural beach with crystal clear water, white sand, and large, tropical mountains in the background. Great for swimming! Swim out and enjoy the view from the Ocean to the property is amazing, with the sandy beach and green tropical mountain backdrop. The property is ideal for both families with children, and those seeking privacy, peace and quiet. Each bedroom is fully furnished with contemporary-modern style furniture and accessories. A large kitchen-living room area features sliding glass doors overlooking the backyard out to the ocean, and opening to the courtyard. Dining table fits 8 people, there's a Peleton bike and dumbells upstairs, and wifi internet access throughout. The chef-style kitchen features full-sized appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare simple or gourmet meals. There is an outdoor barbecue propane grill.
