Take a leisurely walk along the beach, catch some sun in one of the poolside lounge chairs, barbecue your catch of the day in the recreation area just across the courtyard, or stroll across the street to the shopping center with a Starbucks, Safeway grocery store, Shave Ice, health food store, and varied dining selections. Within a five minute walk you can get to Kenji Burger (highly recommended!), the Oasis Bar at the Waipouli Beach Resort, Boss Frog's beach and bike rentals, the adult beverage store, and more.

Our Kauai vacation rentals at Kauai Kailani are so convenient to everything, it's one of the few places on the island you could realistically manage without renting a car. All the great shopping in the heart of Kapa'a is only a mile away, whether you're looking for original artwork, clothing boutiques, island souvenirs, or great restaurants. Within easy short driving distance you can explore Wailua Falls, paddle or cruise on the Wailua River, surf Kealia Beach, hike the Sleeping Giant trail, or take in a luau at Smith's. It's all right at your doorstep!

Inside Kauai Kailani 112-2, you'll find two comfortably furnished bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds. If you have to put in some remote office time while traveling, it's very convenient to set up your laptop on the desk in the second bedroom, with its additional lighting and convenient outlet for charging. Close the bedroom door for quiet and privacy and you're all set! The two bedrooms share a full bathroom and there's a full (beautifully updated!) kitchen. You'll find a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Free wifi is provided. A television is located in the living room. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned. The temperate climate and cooling tradewinds generally make AC unnecessary.
