Welcome to Maui Parkshore 207. This cheerful 2 bed/2 bath condo is located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 3. The Kamaole beaches are some of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. Spectacular sunsets and turtle sightings are a daily occurrence at Kamaole 3 and November to April, humpback whales can been seen from your beach chair. Swimming, snorkelling, boogie boarding, body surfing, and sand castle building are all activities enjoyed at this beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cooler are all provided for your enjoyment.
We are on the second floor of this highly popular condo complex, with picturesque views of the ocean and pool. The kitchen is very nicely equipped for your convenience and includes basic spices and other necessities. The ice maker will provide for cold beverages on the lanai or to take in your picnic to the beach.
The living room offers a couple of comfy rattan chairs, a sofa that folds flat for extra sleeping space for a child or 2 (this is not a conventional pull out sofa sleeper) and a flat screen tv. High speed wifi is also provided. The lanai has a beautiful new patio set for sunset cocktails and dining al fresco. There is a roll down sunshade on the lanai to help keep the condo cool when the afternoon sun comes around.
The main bedroom has a brand new queen size bed and a 3 piece ensuite with a new stacked washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed and the 4 piece guest bathroom in the hallway.
The beautifully manicured property boasts 4 brand new professional barbecues with a covered patio, shuffleboard game, and a newly updated pool area with tables and chairs, lounges, umbrellas and washrooms.
Maui Parkshore is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Groceries, liquor, souvenirs, swimwear, clothing boutiques, as well as bike rentals, snorkel gear rentals, ice cream and coffee shops, and bakeries are all within a few minutes walk. The elegant Shops of Wailea Mall is just a short drive up the road.
Kihei is a friendly casual and accessible area of Maui....

The proximity to the beach and also having a pool, were two very appealing features of this condo. Good place to stay and enjoy what Maui has to offer.

This condo is in the perfect quiet Maui location. Across from a great beach with swimming, snorkeling, and sea turtles playing in the coves!
The condo itself is equipped with everything! From the kitchen to the beach gear and plenty of towels, cooking equipment, and extra supplies. I can’t imagine what else anyone might need. It is described as “cozy”, but there is so much room! Two large bedrooms and ample living space. The lanai is great! Perfect view for sunset! The complex has a wonderful pool and BBQ area and is very well maintained. The condo is a bit dated but that did not detract from the stay.
I highly recommend this condo!
