    The home is brand new, so it shows like a model. Well appointed with all the creatures of comfort. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a seamless transition. Nice touch with the bottled waters, coffee, creamer and olive oil at your disposal. There are AC units in each bedroom and the living area if needed, we did run them occasionally, nice to have. It is situated in a gated community, and other properties are under construction so theres the chance of noise, but not that bad. Once the lawn gets installed you will find no reason nor excuse not to visit, well worth it. Communication with property manager was excellent and response time was almost instantaneous. You will not be disappointed...

    Up in the Mahaka valley, this is one of the few whole house rentals available on the island. This is far away from most of the usual popular places, and as such is nice and quiet in a gated community. Exactly what we were looking for. The house had some beach essentials in the garage, and everything we needed for some simple meals. We had no issues to reach out to management during our stay but the team checked in on us and was very quick in their replies. Would stay again.

    We had a wonderful stay. Great accommodations for a multi generational family. We appreciated the beach items. Having 2 full bathrooms and a half bath was very helpful for 5 people. Awesome neighborhood with super sweet neighbors.

    The property was excellent. The only drawback for me was that it is about an hour from everything my family wanted to do.
