Large Lanai (patio)with city and mountain views. 1 Parking spot included, located in condo complex in gated and secured garage. Common area includes grill, dining area and pool.
Amenities include 65” smart tv, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, bidet, air conditioner in each bedroom, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove. Desk and office chair in living room. King size bed, walk-in closet and makeup vanity in master bedroom. Queen size bed and standard closet in second bedroom.
Stocked with bedding, 2 bath and hand towels per guest, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, kitchen and dining essentials.
Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry soap, garbage bags, hand soap. Renters are responsible once starter supply runs out.
Laundry room located on each floor. Machines take payment via App or quarters.
30 day minimum stay. No exceptions. Rental prices will not be adjusted based on the number of days rental is used or occupied.
This was our primary residence for years, very comfortable, amazing location and we are located on island ready to help or answer any questions you may have. Come enjoy our home in paradise....

Incredible Stay.
You would be lucky to stay here.
The location is safe and welcoming, abundance of police presence that deters any shenanigans.
The rental was very clean, fully stocked with necessity items, like described on listing.
The rooms have lots of storage and are laid out well.
The Beach towels were large and plush, the Umbrella and Chairs are Tommy Bahama so its made for beach.
The kitchen has everything you need, plus some.
The bathroom was very functional with lots or storage.
The Balcony was a game changer, we spent many hours enjoying the warm air and breeze here.
The common area for pool was great, we even made a BBQ supper one night here.
pool was 6 foot deep, so you be a swimmer, not for non swimmers so much.
Easy few minutes walk to beach, pass by lots of shops so it seems like a shorter walk even.
The host was attentive and quick to reply on communications.
**Note The People of Waikiki were all amazingly happy, kind and not in a hurry. Its my first place I've been we're you don't feel like a tourist, and super safe, Waikiki has a way of making you feel like just another person enjoying life.
Overall we can not express the great tine we had at this rental, we do it again.

One of the best VRBO properties I have had the pleasure to enjoy. The home was perfectly appointed; well stocked with all the essentials; close to all needed household amenities, including grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, beaches... The building was well managed and people very nice, including BBQ and pool area. As well, the neighborhood was very clean, safe, and quiet at all times of day and night. For those with an electric car, an added benefit is free charging at the International Market with a very reasonable early bird parking fee ($6 with the purchase of a coffee). I highly recommend!
