    Large Lanai (patio)with city and mountain views. 1 Parking spot included, located in condo complex in gated and secured garage. Common area includes grill, dining area and pool.

    Amenities include 65” smart tv, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, bidet, air conditioner in each bedroom, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove. Desk and office chair in living room. King size bed, walk-in closet and makeup vanity in master bedroom. Queen size bed and standard closet in second bedroom.

    Stocked with bedding, 2 bath and hand towels per guest, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, kitchen and dining essentials.

    Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry soap, garbage bags, hand soap. Renters are responsible once starter supply runs out.

    Laundry room located on each floor. Machines take payment via App or quarters.

    30 day minimum stay. No exceptions. Rental prices will not be adjusted based on the number of days rental is used or occupied.

    One of the best VRBO properties I have had the pleasure to enjoy. The home was perfectly appointed; well stocked with all the essentials; close to all needed household amenities, including grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, beaches... The building was well managed and people very nice, including BBQ and pool area. As well, the neighborhood was very clean, safe, and quiet at all times of day and night. For those with an electric car, an added benefit is free charging at the International Market with a very reasonable early bird parking fee ($6 with the purchase of a coffee). I highly recommend!
