There is a split A/C in the living room available for an additional $25/night! Please be aware the A/C does not reach the bedrooms which use fans alternatively. Beautiful spacious covered lanai featuring tennis court and ocean views!

Kona Coast Resort was very comfortable and had many amenities. Unit was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is second bedroom is not air conditioned. Owner was very attentive and easy to work with. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is big and spacious with a hugr Lenai that we loved., great loft bedroom and large kitchen with lots of amenities, all small appliances and such The interior could use some updates, especially the kitchen, but everything was clean and well-maintained.
