Scotty is great! Our stay was a bit long and he provided us with extra towels (without us asking him for extra).
Any issues or questions we had he replied quickly.
The place is great. It will have pretty much everything you need. Close walking distance to the beach about 10 min and about 10-15 min to downtown Waikiki area.
We stayed here for 16 days and would recommend it.
The only tricky part would be if you had a car the area can be challenging to find free parking.
There is a parkade attached to the building but it can be $45 a day.
