The house is very well kept. Appears to have been updated recently. While there is A/C in the rooms, there are multiple windows that allow for trade winds to flow nicely! The lanai on the upper floor is massive and with all of the tropical landscaping it feels very private. There is an avocado tree in the back yard that has fresh fruit. Great experience at this house!
