The unit is above 30+ floors, providing privacy and great views; we look out over the top of everything. Well maintained, has central aircon, full kitchen, cable TV, internet, & very special - free internal parking spot. 24 hr security. Hotel amenities - pool, gym, outdoor BBQ & coin operated laundry.
The space
The condo is 546 sqf (50 square meters). The living room and kitchen is an open-plan space. The living room has a pull out queen size sofa bed, and we can provide a single, fold out camp-bed if another bed is needed. The separate master bedroom provides privacy and has huge California king size bed. The lanai can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom. There are cable televisions in the living room and bedroom. The condo is in a tall building with 37 floors. The 6th floor has pool, gym, bbq grill and tables, and lounges. There is a minimart in building. Covered parking structure can be accessed from elevator lobbies on multiple low floors.
Guest access
Guests have access to all amenities on 6th floor (pool, gym, BBQ grill and tables, lounges). Coin operated laundry rooms and trash chutes are on all floors.
Other things to note
We provide beach towels, first aid kit, sewing kit, and in case you forget, toothbrushes and phone chargers. Full kitchen includes coffee machine, rice cooker and blender.
