A lovely, quiet house with friendly neighbors and lots of albatross milling about. It was a wonderful stay!

Things we loved- the house is beautiful with gorgeous views and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Location is close to several beaches and only an hour from Costco target etc. bedroom set ups was great but would be nice to have a room with two beds for children.
Things we didn’t love- only one trash can which isn’t enough for 6 adults for a week- no recycling offered- and the beach that it says is 1 minute away is 5-7 minutes and is a hike not a walk. Would not recommend if you have young children or older family members. Horrible customer service from vrbo. They were completely unhelpful and for the price we paid they really disappointed. I would definitely stay at this house again, but only if we had an actual point of contact / property manager to deal with.
I also think the listing should mention that this is in a neighborhood of full time residents and their all retirees so if you are wanting privacy or late nights partying this isn’t the location for you! For our family it was perfect as we all go to bed early and don’t mind neighbors showing up to check for their cat :)

We spent 7 nights here with our grown children and spouses (6 total adults) and everything about our stay was perfect.
Bedrooms - three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms - super clean, plenty of sheets, blankets, towels, rags. Excellent views from the master bedroom upstairs - plenty of natural light yet shades if needed.
Kitchen/Living Area - plenty of room to move and cook and entertain - large dining table was great to seat everyone; kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, silverware, dishes - it was like being at home - everything was provided. Coffee maker, espresso maker were fantastic.
Porch/deck - Propane grill was great for cooking out, plenty of seating outside with table and lounge couch and chair - great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning.
Extras - washer and dryer were great to have around (bring detergent); iron and ironing board were very useful; plenty of beach equipment - snorkels, masks, boogie boards, towels, umbrella, beach chairs - made going to the beach very easy without having to purchase these items.
Surrounding area - super quiet neighborhood, neighbors were friendly and gave us great recommendations and tips; Sealodge Beach is a quick 5 minute hike and is secluded and quiet and beautiful. House is easy to get to - a quick drive to Princeville and less than 10 minutes to Hanalei.
If you are skeptical (as we were initially), don't be. This place is wonderful! Go for it!

Excellent location & beautiful house!! We enjoyed the panoramic views from every window. The yard is beautifully landscaped with various fruit trees. Quick hike to a small secluded beach. We got to enjoy watching the baby albatross in the neighborhood. Only downfall was having to come back home to reality.
