Welcome Home to Konea #206 exclusively offered by the Stice Team of Hawaii Life Vacations. This professionally designed (2023) two bedroom (945 sq.ft w/ 180 sq.ft lanai) home is a unique offering at the resort serving a nice middle ground between 2bd/2ba residences and 2bd./1ba. homes while still comfortably sleeping 6. This home features sweeping panoramic views of the verdant Mauna Kahalawai (West Maui Mountains), frequent rainbow sightings, and a slight partial ocean view from the lanai and no neighboring lanai oceanward. Blue and turquoise pops of color beautifully accent the warm wood grain flooring and the interior has been completed repainted in white making it much brighter than most other Honua Kai residences. The mid-century modern furniture with its coastal vibe is chic and refreshing.

NOTE: Resort-wide exterior lanai and building painting to begin on the Konea tower July 2022 until Dec 2024. Power washing, painting, and scaffolding will be set up around the building. This unit's lanai has been completed and is fully accessible.

Enjoy the sweet smell of the radiantly colored orange and white plumeria tree right outside the home as you gaze up at the lush mountain slopes of Mauna Kahalawai. In the other direction you will find the partial ocean view overlooking Duke’s Beach House Restaurant and the island of Lanai. This balcony faces East which makes for spectacular sunrises and a very well protected lanai area from the consistent prevailing trade winds.

Comfortable seating in the living room area with a brand new designer couch (queen pull out sleeper sofa). This home away from home has all of the comforts that you would want with its well equipped kitchen, ample beach gear, and gear for the little ones. Refined granite slabs, cherry cabinets, Bosch stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile, and lots of room to operate while making your favorite fish ceviche, or whatever you desire, while never losing sight of that gorgeous view.

Owners and guests alike at Honua Kai can’t get enough of the open floor plans, which are further enhanced by a seamless transition between outdoor and indoor living area through the glass Nanna wall doors. This property will comfortably sleep six with a king bed in the master bedroom and a pull out sofa here in the living room.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay in Honua Kai Konea 206. The room was much bigger than we expected and comfortable slept 5 people. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies to easily cook meals. The bathroom was also very nice. Lastly, we really appreciate that the room came with beach/pool supplies for us to use. The location was also perfect, right on the ocean and walkable to whalers village. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at Honua Kai several times. Love the spacious lanai. Grounds and pool area is beautiful. Nice to have Dukes on site. Our room was well equipped and comfortable to stay in

Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautiful and very spaciousThe views were amazing and the walk to the pools were very convenient.The team was very helpful and responsive anytime I text and asked questions.The only thing I would want others to know is any unopened left over food items you should leave for cleaning crew and or offer to the guys at security- front desk area. We had an additional bag of opened half eaten food items that we did not want to waste and asked where we could put other than garbage and they very graciously and happily accepted for themselves and "the guys"

My family and I enjoyed the property so much! I booked as a family of 6 but notified Jill that my daughter from Oahu will by joining on our 4th day so a total of 7 and Jill was very accommodating to it. Monty was very welcoming and came through with a new iron as the one already there would not work. I would definitely book with Jill again and recommend this property to others.

Just wanted to say Thanks to Will & Monty for allowing us to stay at their condo, it was perfect for our vacation to Maui. The condo was very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. The closet was full of beach stuff that came in very handy, as well as the wheeled buggy to transport everything to the pool or beach. The den was surprisingly very spacious with plenty of storage and allowed the kids & parents some privacy from each other, overall the whole condo was very spacious. The lanai offered wonderful views over the mountains as well a little bit of the ocean, and was perfect for eating out on. Communication was great, Monty, the property manager, met us in the foyer on arrival with keycards etc and answered our questions. Duke's the onsite restaurant was excellent, kids loved the Hula Pie !!, the condo is also just a short walk from Whaler's village where there's lots of nice shops & restaurants. The elevator is close to the condo, and the gym is one floor down, all very convenient. Overall, I would have no hesitation recommending Will, Monty or the condo to friends, relatives, etc, we had a wonderful vacation and this condo would definitely be my first choice for returning, hopefully soon !!. Our family of 4 (daughters age 10 and 13) had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The condo had everything we needed, was very comfortable and the location was excellent with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. The property is beautiful and we loved the pools and the boardwalk. Jill and Monty were easy to communicate with if needed. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you Jill!
