JC’s Surf House is an ideal gathering place for your Hawaiian vacation. Located within the high-end resort community of Kukuiula on Kauai's South Shore, among numerous walking and bike paths, you'll find that this house has all the amenities you need for a fabulous vacation. It is located within walking distance to Lawai Beach, home of PK's and Acid Drops (two of the advanced surf breaks in Poipu), The Beach House Restaurant, and world class snorkeling.

The 5 bedrooms are identical, each boasting a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, split AC unit, and private deck/lanai. The two story main home has 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs), large open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to the outdoor pool deck, bbq area, outdoor bar, and grassy areas. The guest house (Ohana) is located above the detached 2 car garage offering a super private suite with kitchenette (5th bedroom).

The backyard opens to a greenbelt which leads to walking and bike paths.

This property is strictly NON-SMOKING. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.

This home is not handicap accessible and requires walking up steps to enter. The 5th bedroom is located in a detached dwelling on the 2nd floor above with a private entrance. All bedrooms have split AC units but there is no AC in the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room). Large sliding doors offer great breezes and air flow.

Guests have full access to everything on the property, including pool, decks, lanai, yard, and garage. This property does NOT come with access to the Club at Kukuiula....
