The property is located right across the beach with easy access. It has ample parking spots and good restaurants near by. The property manager was great, being able to reach at any time. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked along with a pretty useful first aid kit. A few beach gear was available to use as well. Overall, it was a well looked after property in an ideal location.
The only reason for a 4 star for cleanliness was because of a few roaches we saw on the first couple of days during our stay.

Unit is in great location, we love Kihei.
Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials & spices.
Bathroom is partially remodeled, drawers and doors could use some upgrades, we were gentle with them. Lots of mirrors so even with just 1 bath, we manage just fine.
The futon was comfortable to sleep in. We didnt need a lot of AC by leaving the fans on as advised by owner. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness was do to a mix up of check in/cleaning. Not bad though, just dusty (typical of Kihei) and a toothbrush left behind. Very quiet complex. Beach across the street.
The owner, Robert is great! Very communicative, flexible, nice. The property manager is ok, a bit abrupt.
Key Note: DO NOT PLAY OR SAY THE WORDS MARCO POLO AT THE POOL. The property manager will scold you significantly. Apparently, it is a property rule.

This rental is great, close to everything, beach across is beautiful. Apartment has everything you need and even some welcome gifts. Comfortable beds. Very happy and would recommend. Will stay again

This place was great! I love the condo, the location, the pool and grill, the beach across the street.. all perfect! There was beach stuff for us to use which was so nice! Plenty of towels and a stocked kitchen as far as cookware. The property description did say there would be coffee available so we didn’t stop when we got in late at night, but there wasn’t coffee so we had to make an early next morning run.. but stores are close! Other than that everything was amazing! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

This place was perfect for our family. We were only on Maui for 3 days to snorkel and hike the National Park. The location was great - convenient to the beach and easy to get to other parts of the island.
