Clean property, quiet and friendly community. The view of the golf course and the ocean is wonderful. Decor and furniture a bit outdated, but the unit is comfortable and more than met our needs. Recommend it to anyone looking to get away from the resort "hustle and bustle" of Kaanapali. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay! Quiet location and villa. My three teenage children and I spent the holidays at this villa and it was so great! Specifically, the property management company (Maui Beachfront Rentals) were quick to respond, kind, professional, and thorough. The villa was clean, well-kept, and functional. My only complaint is that this listing was stated to have two bathrooms but in actuality it only had 1.5 (a full bath upstairs and a half bath on the main floor). It does sleep four, but only with the couch pull-out bed being used. The main floor had a great kitchen that was fully-stocked with appliances and dishes needed to cook at home and plenty of counter and cupboard space. The half bath is under the staircase, and the family room has a couch (that pulls out to a bed) and a couple of chairs, a good-sized TV, and coffee table. The main lanai is off the main floor and has great seating for dinners or lounging during sunset. Upstairs is the main bedroom (loft style) with a king bed, large double closet, and the laundry closet with stackable (but very small) washer and dryer. The full (ok, really it's 3/4) bath with a large tile shower and toilet with a door for this part. Outside the bathroom door is the sink and vanity and good-sized counter and cupboards. There is also a second lanai on the second floor facing East with a couple of chairs, but is mostly a blocked view from the roofline and large trees. Extra details that were very appreciated: * higher-quality paper towels and toilet paper with enough to last our stay (often property managers only provide one of each of everything) * plenty of hand soap in all sink locations (Mrs. Meyers and not the cheap nasty small bar soap samples) as well as plenty of dish soap and dishwashing detergent for the week * A broom, vacuum, and a few other cleaning supplies accessible for guest use * Beach towels provided along with other helpful beach items, including a folding camp-type chair, Tommy Bahama umbrella, a small bag/cooler, and a couple of rolled-up bamboo mats Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy this villa!
