Located on popular Waiulu Street, in the heart of Hualalai Resort, you will be just a 5 minute golf cart ride or a 10 minute walk away from the legendary amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel and Hualalai Sports Club and Spa — relax at one of the 5 pools, play a few rounds on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, pamper yourself at the spa, dine at one of the 4 resort restaurants, or play a few sets of tennis or pickle ball. A short 5 minute walk from the villa in the opposite direction and you will be at the Alaka'i Nalu Ocean Activities Center beach where you can enjoy snorkeling, Stand up paddle boarding and boat excursions. In addition, just across the street from the villa, you have access to the exclusive Waiulu Amenity Center featuring a private pool, hot tub and BBQ (no resort fee required).

With over 3,000 square feet of indoor living space, Palm Villa 140A is one of the largest private villas at Hualalai allowing for places to gather in a group in addition to private spaces to retreat alone. The spacious villa includes a great room on the upper level plus an additional living room with wet bar on the lower level. Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow in an abundance of natural light, and pocket sliding doors downstairs allow you to open the space fully to the outside. Covered lanais extend the living spaces on both floors for enjoying meals and sunset happy hour al fresco, while the lower lanai opens to your own backyard, a perfect place to tire out the little ones.

The primary suite features a California king bed, walk-in closet, a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub, an outdoor shower and courtyard, and its own lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean. The second and third bedrooms offer two twin beds each (converted to Kings upon request) and their own full bathrooms. The Villa was situated perfectly on the golf course with an ocean view as well. The layout of the home was perfect for a family with lots of space, as well as privacy for all. The convenience of the location, and the upscale appointments of the home added to the overall magical experience of a wonderful family vacation in a magical place. We will be back!!

After a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hualalai, I decided to stay another five days and found this villa at the last minute. We have been renting villas at the resort for almost ten years and this was a lovely, well-appointed villa. Although it was just me at Hualalai this time, the villa would be a wonderful place for family and friends. I love spending time snorkeling at the beach area near the Canoe Club and this villa is in the perfect location for that. It is also a quick golf cart ride to the sports club and spa...the new golf cart was a special treat. I hope to return to the villa later this summer with my family. Thank you, Charlie, for working to accommodate me at the 11th hour and, Brian, for welcoming me to the property.
