Please be aware that this is Hawaii natural habitat for wild life of lizards, ants, roaches and many others animals. We taking all kinds of percussions to keep most of them out, but they can get in occasionally as an exception, no refunds will be issued based on this claim.

Please do not leave any fruits or any perishable food on the table or in the trash bin inside over night or when you out for the day, there will be lots of fruit fly's when you get back, they are very annoying, they will get in the nose and mouth. Put all the trash in the plastic bag shut tight in the garbage bin outside in the back. There is no electric vehicle charging allowed do to circuit overload and fire hazard, however, you can use and park your it on the drive way....
