    This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style "beach house" features a dramatic view of the Moir Botanical; Cactus Garden from the spacious lanai and living areas. Beach House #304 features the ultimate in comfort with a brand new multi-zone split A/C system and new upgraded living room furnishings.

    The fully renovated, well equipped kitchen and well-maintained community grills make it easy to have your island favorites on hand. Two dining areas, one indoors and the other on the lanai, provide ample room to relax and enjoy. The living area features cozy seating, a new queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a landline phone for free local calls.

    The bedroom features its own split A/C, a comfy king-size bed, and a second smart TV.

    The bathroom features two spaces separating the vanity area from the walk-in shower area for additional privacy and functionality.

    Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are all provided in the home for guests to use during their stay. Surf school, snorkeling, paddle-board rental, and more are all available right on the property. The Beach Hut can get everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, sunscreen, snorkel gear, even sandcastle building supplies. Picnic areas and community grills are located throughout the resort.

    The home can comfortably accommodate four people with the use of a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living area. While #304 is a ground-floor unit, guests must be able to comfortably walk up and down stairs to access the home from the convenient free parking area. While you can relax endlessly just enjoying the resort, we do recommend renting a car to enjoy the island more fully.

    Shopping, art galleries, golf, hiking, beaches, and a variety of dining options are all located within a roughly 3-mile radius. Ready to explore more? This is a bonus for sure to see wildlife every day from your private space. The unit was spacious, clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and aaccessible to other locations on the island. The A/C unit came in handy on the warm days when we arrived. The new sleeper sofa had a tempurpedic topper that was comfortable for two teens. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the Kiahuna Plantation property, facility and location to the beach but I cannot recommend this unit #304. The furnishing were tired and need updating, the unit was not well maintained ( worn out, mold in the shower ), not well lit so it was dark, very few living necessities like paper towels, cheap toilet paper, cheap bath amenities, etc etc I could go on. In short, I did not like this condo and would not recommend it to anyone and frankly surprised that Coldwell Banker would have such a dump in their portfolio. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to alert you and anyone else considering staying in this condo.

Our condo was within walking distance of the beach, you could sit out on the balcony and hear the ocean and the birds.

We walked across the street to restaurants, shops and to the beach every morning and night for sunset and sunrise! All of those are about a two minute walk from building 38, unit 304.The outdoor fitness club is amazing and we had full access to it. Yoga, weightlifting, basketball, pickleball, tennis and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a slide and sand area for kids. No extra charge for any of these Fitness Club activities. The fitness club even had a bar and grill The Cabana!There are 2 cons to this unit that weren’t a big deal to us ....but may be to some people: No air con, we stayed in February so we were comfortable at night and rarely in the unit during the day...it is totally open air with window and door vents and 2 fans in the bedroom. Appliances worked well, but older style. The bed was comfortable updated mattress we slept awesome, but the living room furniture is so uncomfortable, The unit had an old Hawaiian feel and just a few updates like furniture and appliances would’ve made a big difference.The lanai was so comfortable and a great place to get afternoon sun or have your morning coffee overlooking the Moir Garden.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit was as described. There is a large dining table that was very helpful for having others over for dinner and games. The murphy bed was used for a couple of nights was appreciated. The bathroom is separate from the master bedrooms so it works well if someone is in the living room.CB representatives were pleasant and helpful.The unit is farther than most from the beach but closer to the athletic club and dining. Parking was never an issue. Kiahuna staff does an excellent job maintaining the grounds. This is a ground floor unit and we could hear footsteps from upstairs (reminder to take off shoes). Access to the Poipu Athletic Club was a big perk, excellent pool, gym, tennis, pickleball, and cafe is good as well.

Unit had a toilet that ran which is an easy fix. The Murphy bed hinges need to be fixed. There could be more coffee cups supplied. There were only 4. Overall, it was good.

    rented property during a family visit. location on island is central to towns and locations. staff and grounds are excellent. actual condo is immaculate and well appointed. couldnt ask for anything more.
