    Updated downtown one (1) bedroom unit with free parking located in the Aston Executive Centre. Enjoy hotel amenities which include 24-hour security, pool/hot tub, on-site laundry facilities, secured parking all within walking distance to 24-Hour Fitness, Starbucks, Jamba Juice and other local eateries.

    The unit is located on the 12th floor with great views of downtown Honolulu through the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated with new appliances, cabinets and quartz countertops. Guests will appreciate the spacious floorplan that allow enough room to spread out. Our unit is perfect for business travelers or guests looking for an alternate experience to Waikiki.

    No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.

    Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

    Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

    Pool Policy: access to community pool and hot tub.

    We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The parking was helpful, once we got the hang of it. The view of the city and mountains was nice.

    Clean older unit. Wished it had a dishwasher as I felt compelled to wash everything before I used it. Included parking was great and very convenient. Bath fixtures are very worn; however also kept very clean. I would have also appreciated an iron and ironing board as I was there for. Business. Excellent Internet connectivity. It was especially nice to be outside of the Waikiki madness, while within good proximity of major roads and the airport. Entry day and departure day instructions were clear and helpful. I would stay here again.

    The location is a dream if you are bus savvy as most of TheBus routes run within a couple blocks of the unit building. The two-inch topper on bed is not thick enough for average healthy Americans to sleep comfortably. The kitchen appliances are updated but have scratched and worn frying pans that promote sticking (if nonstick is scratched so that there is a brown spot in the middle, they need replacing). The bathroom photos need updating for the listing as there is mold on shower walls as well as a lot of chipping on the tub surfaces. We booked for seven nights and had one towel set for each of the 2 adults. The kitchen sink does not drain and stinks because the disposal in sink does not work. Basically, the cleaning/maintenance crew are probably not doing a proper upkeep as there was a light out in bathroom and dirty glasses and cooking pans. With a little extra attention, this unit will be quite the charmer.

    Frequent Hawaii to visit ohana. Normally stay in and around Waikiki, but due to the purpose of this trip wanted to stay away from the insanity. This unit was clean and as advertised. Property manager was very responsive to questions. It's an older property that seems to have significant renovation under way and an odd mix of coilmmercial and residential tennants on the floor. The shower/tub could use replacement as the finish is chipped, but it is fully functional. Didn't spend much time in the unit, and it was great when coming and going to not deal with the insanity of Waikiki.
