Luana Kai #C-203 has just completed a full renovation as of October 2022 . This 1 bedroom, 1 bath ocean view unit on the 2nd floor is located in one of the most desirable locations in the complex. The unit is situated in a quiet location away from South Kihei Road and the popular pickleball courts, all without sacrificing any of the view. From the living room and lanai, you'll enjoy a view of the ocean, West Maui mountains, pool, and inner courtyard. The unit features a brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen with a new island countertop bar. New hard-surface flooring has been installed throughout and the bathroom has been fully renovated with a tiled, walk-in shower. There are three ways to stay cool during the summer months with ceiling fans, the ocean breeze, or with the newly installed split air conditioning system in the living room and the primary bedroom. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, a flat-screen TV, a telephone with local calling, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a large King Bed for extra comfort, a ceiling fan, and a split system air conditioner. Additional sleeping for two is available on the queen pullout sofa bed. For outdoor activities, the unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, pickleball rackets, and a beach cooler. Please note, this unit is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Sleeps 4.

Luana Kai is a large oceanfront complex in Kihei. It is centrally located to shops, activities, and restaurants. It features a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard, and gas grills for your use. There is an expansive lawn between the buildings and the ocean where you can take long walks, beachcomb, watch the windsurfers, and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An absolutely beautiful unit for a holiday in Maui. Completely renovated, state of the art appliances including stackable washer and dryer, well appointed and exceptionally clean. Ocean view treated us to amazing sunsets. If I get back to Maui, I will definitely book this unit again.

This condo and the property Luana Kai was beautiful. Would totally stay here again. The only thing is there was a ton of kids and they screamed all the time. My suggestion is not to come over spring break that Amy make a difference. We will try again just not during that time period. My only criticism is there needs to be another comfortable seating option in the living room, the wicker chairs are not comfortable for evening viewing of the Tv when wanting to just chill. But, everything else was awesome!

This was the best choice we have ever made in a rental vaca property. It fit our needs perfectly and it was furnished with everything we needed. Not a single thing inside or outside was lacking. Clean, comfortable, slow paced, mix of older adults and young families, some with small children. The park between the condos and the ocean was awesome, a great place to walk, well-groomed and maintained, local families hung out with dogs, tennis court and pickle ball courts for all to use.

We loved this property. It was exactly as described and in pristine condition. The bed is comfortable, everything you need to get started is available in the kitchen (including salt/pepper and basic spices). The walk to the beach is short and easy. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular from the beach or the balcony.
