Residence #93-3 is one of the newest properties at Ho’olei in the independent rental marketplace. It presents a tremendous value for those looking for a Grand residence comfortably sleeping 8 people in this 2,700 sq.ft Villa with an additional living area of roughly 700 sq.ft. by means of two different covered deck areas as well as an attached one-car garage. An additional parking space is steps way under a covered carport. The upstairs lanai serves as a perfect al-fresco dining and relaxing area with an outdoor Wolf BBQ and comfortable lounge seating.
Residence #93-3 is a resort/ partial ocean view residence that is located above the incredible resort style pool/spa/gym area for the exclusive use of Hoolei Guests. It’s a very short and comfortable walk to this area as well as the incredible stroll through the gardens, ponds, and pools at the Grand Wailea to Wailea beach across the street while other units are located up a steep hill and are much more difficult to traverse.
Guests love Hoolei for its refined finishes, spacious living areas, in-residence elevators between the floors, and seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor living area by means of massive Fleetwood doors that disappear into the walls. The open-concept living is perfect for relaxing and entertaining while enjoying the central air conditioning in every room, Sonos surround sound systems and flat-screen Smart TVs. The master bedroom with its large ensuite bathroom (soaking tub, dual vanities, walk in shower) and walk-in closet lives on the ground floor with direct access out to the downstairs garden lanai. The secondary bedroom on the ground floor is also a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs lives the third bedroom which is set up with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. Directly off the living room is the powder room right next to the elevator.

This condo is VERY nice, and location is priceless. Walk to all the beautiful hotels and resorts in Wailea. Walk to the beach path and shopping in Wailea! So perfect! Super well-equipped unit, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, baking etc. Ton of towels and chairs for the beach! Perfect place for your Maui visit! Fast response from property manager for our questions too.

This rental was fantastic! The home was spotless an had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked , much more than normal rentals. We cooked all meals in a just loved the home. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditions an lotion,etc Everything was perfect. The water pressure was great as well. Best vacation rental I have been in EVER!! The staff were available if needed an answered my questions in minutes. Check in was easy. The home was 5* all the way!!!! There was everything in garage for going to the beach,including two great coolers, lots of beach chairs, 4 umbrellas just so stocked!!!! We had several flight delays a they were so kind to give us a few extra hours. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend. Hope to be back next year!!!!

We rented Hoolei 93-3 for 9 days with an infant and six adults. The unit provides a luxurious place to stay, from the beautiful view off of the lanai to the manicured grounds and pool area. Its location, near beaches, pools, shopping and activities, is perfect. Excellent restaurants, like Lineage and Monkeypod, were just a short trip away.The unit itself is very nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms have ample space, being quite large. We moved around the unit comfortably, each couple having more than enough space to be together or individually. In addition, it’s location near the pool and the Grand Wailea beach was a huge benefit for the family. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, and coolers made our stay ultra convenient. The kids/infant beach near the pool is one of the best we have experienced. The Stice Team from Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, as the unit’s property managers, was extremely courteous and helpful. They quickly responded to any questions I had and provided timely information. Their online house manual was full of great content and the checkin and checkout processes went smoothly. I intend to contact and work with them the next time we return to Maui.

The unit is located in a nice quiet private spot, the foilage is really lush in front of the lower level patio. Upstairs we could glimpse the pool area and see when the tiki lights were burning. The pool area was just beautiful, there were plenty of table sets and lounge chairs plus 2 loungers in the pool.The waterfall was so entertaining, the kids were constantly playing behind it. The house was decorated so elegantly, the artwork was wonderful and the huge slide patio door was great! The a/c unit was super quiet and worked very well to keep the temperature exactly right. The Fridge with 2 upper separate doors was my favorite thing in the kitchen. Also, there were 4 freezer drawers so if you stayed a very long time, you would really make use of it. There was an elevator that I did not use but how cool is that!?! Overall I would be happy to return for another trip to Maui. The place was spotless clean too.
