I was charged $500 above the agreed upon price with VRBO for a 5 day stay by Castle resorts. They never returned my calls, & it took close to 2 months for VRBO to get a response from them informing them that it is illegal to increase the price once it is agreed to on VRBO. They then said I owed the incorrect amount & this was a week before our scheduled date. That was finally corrected a week before our time there.
I had to ask Castle Resorts when I would receive final instructions on entry to the Condo. They said 24-48 hours prior to start date. This never happened, & contacting Kona Reef was incredibly difficult. They never answer the phone, & they don’t return calls.

Easy to access, great communication with management team, amazing location! The highlight was the balcony with view on the beach and the ocean! And, what can you ask more than making your pina colada and drinking it by the beach or the pool?!

Seems to be in transition. Check in instructions outdated. Otherwise we were well satisfied.
