Mele Makana is a gated home with a large private yard, adorned in a multitude of manicured tropical plants for beautiful views in every direction, and overlooking the spectacular Pupukea Paumalu Forest Reserve for a rich and lush tropical landscape in every direction.

Roll up the expansive driveway to the covered carport with additional parking closer to the home. Step through the contemporary entrance at Mele Makana into the spacious, openly designed and air conditioned living area which consists of the living area, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. With high-vaulted ceilings and a wealth of natural light and airflow, this is the perfect space for your entire party to lounge for meals and entertainment. The living area is equipped with a large couch, ottomans and fireplace. The dining area has a large picnic-style table to accommodate large groups, and the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with numerous stainless steel appliances and a large countertop bar with 8 bar stools for entertaining guests while cooking up a delicious meal. There is even a piano to the side of the kitchen for a little musical accompaniment to dinner. Aside from the living area is the den, a cozy space lined with stonework and couches for an intimate setting to admire the garden or to host a game night. There is also a laundry room near the living area with an in-unit washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed, air conditioning ceiling fan, glorious garden views, and a private ensuite with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, garden views and access to the guest bathroom. Guest bedroom 3 has a double bed, central A/C, ceiling fan, garden view and access to the loft space. The house was amazing. Had everything we needed, was in a nice neighborhood and had a beautiful view of the rain forest. Communication was clear and prompt and we had a great time.
