Located only a few minutes outside downtown Kona, the Alii Lani Townhomes complex is an amazing destination for the travelling family or group of digital nomads. To top it all off, this 3-bedroom condo is located away from the street in one of the quietest corners of the complex. Close to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Alii Drive, with a Kona Trolley stop by the road, this condo is ideal for anyone looking to explore everything that Kona has to offer.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, range and microwave, as well a toaster, coffee maker and various other small appliances. You'll have everything you need for a great "home-away-from-home" cooked meals. There's a small dining area by the kitchen window, two more seats by the kitchen counter and a row of 3 seats on the lanai for outdoor dining.

Kick back and relax on the plush sofa in the living room after a long day of fun-in-the-sun. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen smart TV to access all of your favorite streaming services.

The primary bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and its own smart TV. Temperature in the primary bedroom is controlled by a portable AC unit and ceiling fan to move the air around. There are two guest bedrooms; one with a queen-sized bed and window-unit AC, the other with a twin bed and portable AC unit. Both guest bedrooms have dedicated workspaces, made up of a small desk and chair with available power.

As a guest of Alii Lani Townhomes, you'll have access to their two communal pools and hot tubs. The unit is located just off Alii Drive, which stretches along the Kona coastline and is home to many of Kona's best beaches for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. Only 2 miles outside of downtown Kona, you're only a short drive or moderate walk from shops and restaurants. Beach chairs and a cooler are provided.

Unit has one assigned parking spot, please keep this in mind when renting a vehicle for your stay. Per the condo complex rules, all bookings must be for a minimum of 31 days.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including wifi, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags.

1. Make sure the parking pass is clearly displayed in the lower left of your windshield.
2. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors during this time and refrain from loud talking, music, or other noise.
3. Please refrain from using the lanai during quiet hours and remember to shut off all lanai lighting by 10 PM.
4. NO PARTIES. The unit has a limited occupancy. Only parties on the rental agreement may stay overnight in the unit and hosting of parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Be sure to turn off all lights, fans and air conditioning when leaving the home or any unoccupied room.
6. All guests must register with the Alii Lani Management Office upon check-in. If you are arriving after the offices hours please register first thing the following morning....
