We notified management 2 days in a row about the rail on our balcony unhitched and was never fixed. 28 stories up we choose not to go out on balcony Waikiki beach out front was over run with homeless and when your paying that much you don’t want to see it on your family vacation

Nice lobby and location, but the room is just a simple hotel room. Plain, no way to prepare meals or even lounge (no couch). The pool is nice, but very crowded.
