Overall the stay was good. Lets start with the pro. Great location, easy check in, free filter water at the lobby, free parking. The cons are, the parking space is small, the appliance could use an update.

A good home base for a return trip to HNL. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Would highly recommend,. Two small quibbles: The shower could use a grab bar to make it easier for us “seasoned travelers” to get out of the tub, and air con was hard to get to a comfortable level, either stuffy or freezing!!

For the price this is ok but everything about the room needs to be better. Not cleaned properly, while we were there it was cold and the heat did not work to warm up the room. Elevators were so slow to arrive we just stopped using them all together.
On the plus side there was a free parking spot that that was good!

The place was exactly what we were looking for in Waikiki. Simple check in process, parking spot included with unit, comfy bed and in downtown, central location. Parking spot is tight to get into and out of with a car just as a fyi. Had a great stay here while exploring the island!

The host is is quick to answer all the questions I had for him. Our stay was amazing! If you’re planning to do paradise cove luau, the bus picks up literally right at this place.
Parking structure is small, but still doable. This place has its own designated parking spot, which is amazing!
The couch is a pull out bed that can fit 2 person and a bed that can fit 2 as well. Amazing stay for my family of 3.
20 min walk to Waikiki shops and restaurant
15 min walk to Ala Moana Center
30-40 min drive to kualoa ranch
30-40 min to north shore
There is a mini fridge and microwave for food :)

Overall I enjoyed my stay and the fact that parking was included. The only issue I had was that people kept parking in the parking spot. There is a reserved sign, but I guess it doesn’t matter. The parking lot is tight, especially when turning. I drove a compact car and had some issues getting into the parking spot.

My stay was great! Such a convenience to get everywhere and back due to the location. I do wish I had more instructions on how the host would like the up keep at the end of the stay as far as linens and laundry. I don’t like leaving things a mess personally. Other than that it was phenomenal.
