    We loved our stay in this Condo. It was as advertised, even though Kohala Coast was the new owner of the property and we booked it with the prior owner. The process went smoothly. Check-in was easy. Neighbors were friendly. The condo had plenty of beach gear we were able to use. We loved it. We did have 2 big centipedes show up in the kitchen during our stay, but that may just be Hawaii thing.

    My wife, two year old son, and I stayed at Colony Villas number 204 for a week. Everything we needed from dishes and cookware to everything to visit the beach was included we were more than surprised at all the supplies available that made our stay feel like we were at home. The Villa was absolutely gorgeous with tons of space and vaulted ceilings, Roku TV, and 2 balcony. Our two year old loved going up and down the stairs, playing in the pool, and all the birds in the area.A few minor call outs were the floors needed to be cleaned better. Our feet were pretty dirty after walking around for a couple hours. Some of the dishes and blankets were not fully cleaned. And we found female underwear behind dresser in 2nd bedroom. Despite those issues We will be back for sure to stay with KOHALA COAST PROPERTIES.

    This was my third time to the big island and second time staying in the Waikoloa area. This condo is just perfect! I have nothing negative to say. If I was forced to critique one thing, it would be that the pool closest to the condo does not have a hot tub. The hot tub is located at the pool at the other end of the complex - an easy drive away but not as convenient. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and beach supplies, plenty of sitting areas. My husband loved that the sidewalk was lit around Waikoloa Beach rd so he could run before sunrise every morning.The check in and out process was super easy - everything was in the app that was provided prior to checking in. I would definitely stay here again!
