This beach park also offers a grassy area with tables and BBQ grills, pool and recreation area and stunning views of the Pacific and nearby islands!

This beautifully remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom ground floor condo is the perfect place to get away from it all. You'll feel at home the moment you step inside; a color scheme of cool blue colors with tasteful Hawaiian inspired furniture and decor awaits you. This unit features an open concept, easy living feel. Kick back and relax on your private lanai. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee beneath the swaying palm trees.

Inside, there is plenty of seating to relax, dine and just hang out. The high end kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare all your meals; fully equipped with full size appliances and stunning quartz countertops. You'll stay cool with the magical Maui breeze by opening up the lanai doors, but you can also enjoy the extra benefit of having a window a/c unit in the main living area and ceiling fans throughout.

Step into the dreamy bedroom featuring a King size bed; spacious and tastefully decorated, you will be sure to enjoy a good night's sleep after a day in the sun. Just off the bedroom and hallway is the nicely appointed bathroom featuring a large walk in shower. Bring the family, there is a great sofa bed (Queen) in the living room! This unit also conveniently has a private washer and dryer.

My Perfect Stays provides a starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.

A $15 resort/parking fee will be charged at booking. Additional vehicle is $5 a day.

The resort offers two pools, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Resort quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am; greenbelt areas can be used by families but playing with toys, such as balls, is best at the nearby beach park. Pool toys are allowed when they are for assisted swimming. The property is also close to many restaurants, shops, golf courses, other top beaches, such as Wailea and Makena Beach. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

We enjoyed the condo. The condo was clean and renovated. Parking was easy, and the beach was across the street. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance with small kids. The condo was well stocked with cooking amenities and beach items. There is no AC in the bedroom, but there were three fans, and the living room AC did help to cool the unit quickly, but the bedroom was a bit warm. The kids said the pull-out couch was comfy. Friendly feedback: it could use some new rugs (kitchen, living, and bedroom) and a an upgraded pot & pan set. Five out of five stars, and we would stay again.

We stayed January 21-26 as an extension of a trip already booked. The rental until was well supplied with cooking and cleaning items. All beach items were supplied as listed and were in great shape. We were notified that the dryer had quit working 2 days before we got there and were told there would be a drying rack supplied. I couldn’t find one and when I notifies the manager 2 we’re delivered to the unit within 3 hours which was great. The man who brought them to the door offered to set them up as well. The unit was close to the beach with a comfy bed and variety of pillows so I could find one that fit. I’m very picky! I would stay in this unit and at the Kihei Akahi again.

The condo was well kept, great kitchen and location. The bathroom/shower are on the small side, but the sink area is fine. The mattress is comfortable. I would stay here again, if I wanted to stay in Kihei.
