This newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with big spacious Livingroom and game room, there is kitchenette in the unit, it has everything you need to cook a meal, this whole unit is private from the main house. free parking, deep cleaning after eat renter. There are fruit trees on property you can help yourself when fruit is in season. There is BBQ grill available. only people that accounted are allowed in the unit. Absolutely NO smoking. Property is fully gated and has free parking.
No smoking, vaping or burning candles on incents inside the house.
Please do not leave any fruits or any perishable food on the table or in the trash bin inside over night or when you out for the day, there will be lots of fruit fly's when you get back, they are very annoying, they will get in the nose and mouth. Put all the trash in the plastic bag shut tight in the garbage bin outside in the back. There is no electric vehicle charging allowed do to circuit overload and fire hazard, however, you can use and park your it on the drive way....

Stayed at this property due to convenient location. The hosts provided great ammenities for games, entertainment, laundry, and in the small kitchen so guests can prepare yummy meals.
During our stay, windows had to be open to allow breeze in, but it also let in sounds of the small farm close by: chickens, dogs, etc all through the night. This may not be the case for all guests but thought this may be helpful to some. Also be mindful that the hosts like to conserve energy and will strongly encourage limited electricity usage! Communication is automated, and inquiries via VRBO app received delayed responses. Check in instructions and other details came pretty late - would prefer all the details contained in the VRBO listing instead. Overall it was an ok stay.

We enjoyed this property so much. Located on a quiet road in the Hawaiian Paradise Park this was perfect for our vacation. We used the property as home base for our travels around the island. If you have a rental car this property is just outside of Hilo and only about a mile from Volcano National Park.
What made this property especially great is all the details the owner put into the property. There are pool, fooseball, and air hockey tables shared with the front apartment. The unit also has all the pots and pans, plates, and other cooking items you could possibly need. We saved money by cooking breakfast in each day.
I will definitely be staying at their property if I am ever on the Big Island again. Thank you so much Alex!
