Kihei Kai Nani 13-131 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the first floor with private Garden View. It features air conditioning in the living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The condo has been furnished comfortably to accommodate party of 4, with a double size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is big screen TV with Cable and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioner in the living room to keep you cool, after a day at the beach or the pool. Enjoy breakfast, morning coffee, or cocktail in the spacious lanai. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui.
The Kihei Kai Nani features lovely tropical landscaped grounds, large swimming pool, and gas grill to prepare your favorite grill recipes. Planning a day at the beach? This unit is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. There is washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Location description:
Kihei Kai Nani is located in South Kihei, just 14 miles from the airport. Located across the street, this condo complex is less than a minute from Kamaole Beach Two. You also have choice to go to Kamaole Beach One or local surf spot, Cove Park to the North. Another short walk to the south, you can explore famous Kamaole Beach Three. There are so many activities that you can do, beach combing, swimming, lounging around the beach, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, beach volleyball and many more. Within walking distance or a short drive, you can go to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and spa. Maalaea Harbor and Kihei Boat Ramp are a short drive, if you want to go on boat excursion for snorkeling, diving, sportfishing, whale watching tours from December to April, and sunset or dinner cruises. From South Kihei, you have many great options to drive to South Maui to enjoy golf, shops, restaurants, beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, or drive out to the West side and enjoy art galleries, restaurants, and shopping in Lahaina or Kaanapali.

Enjoyed the location- nice unit.
A couple of small things for maintenance- towel rack in bathroom is extremely loose, air conditioning wall outlet does not work, door to laundry is broken on bottom and could be a hazard. Roosters crow throughout the night, making sleep difficult, would recommend relocating roosters.

My husband and I were very happy with the condo. It was clean, had everything we needed, and is in a perfect location in Kihei! The complex is absolutely beautiful and very well cared for. We felt at home while we were there and will definitely book again!

Great place to stay! Lisa, our on-site manager, was quick to respond to the few questions that we had upon check in, and the location could not have been better! Beach right across the street, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo was clean, and very comfortable. We were so grateful for all the beach accessories, ie; umbrella, beach chairs, noodle, and towels! Highly recommend this property!

Good location across the beach and next to restaurants. Could be a better bad, and door lock. The condo is outdated.

Everything was great about this property except the millions of the little ants all over the kitchen. We kept everything sealed or in ziplocs and they must’ve been able to smell the food because they were all over our stuff. We ended up putting most things in the fridge but couldn’t fit everything. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again because of it.

Pictures are deceiving, this property is much better than it is described! One of the best locations in Kihei. I wish to rent it again in the future.
