Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.  Terms and fees are subject to change.

Fees are $85.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $25.00.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.

My daughter repeated that refrain from the moment we entered the space and ended up calling it our “Hawaii house.” It was. This place was everything we needed in a vacation spot. It was spacious and comfortable. The community was quiet. The central location was a great jump off point for everything the island has to offer. We were sad to say goodbye but we know where we’ll be staying the next time we visit. Thanks.

The location of this property is perfect… close to my favorite sand beaches, and central for exploring everywhere else on the island. The condo itself was clean and well stocked, especially appreciated the beach gear and boogie boards. The complex is close to grocery store & shops, has a great pool, and my teenagers were able to get a decent workout at the small gym. Our only disappointment was the pull out sofa, which we relied on to sleep our family. We are not picky sleepers, but the mattress was not great. It would maybe be fine for small children, but was pretty uncomfortable. Overall I would recommend this condo :)

This was one of the most comfortable and well laid out condos we’ve ever stayed in. The 2 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths made us feel so ‘at home’ there. The unit was so well apportioned with all the necessities in the kitchen and the kids loved all the options on the TV. The Hilton pool pass was seriously the icing on the cake. Having free access to that property and their amazing pools just down the street was great. The surf was crazy high during the first part of our week so the Hilton lagoon allowed them to snorkel when they couldn’t in the ocean. 5 stars!!!! Thank you for a great week in paradise.
