EchoDot to play your favorite Hawaiian music. Adjacent to large greenbelt for easy beach access & your own lawn activities. Large beach bin under stairway with 2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, and 2 coolers. Sleeps 7 in two bedrooms; lots of beach amenities like chairs, snorkel masks, wagon to haul stuff; good system for keys and locks; lots of movies, Hawaiian music; well equipped kitchen; mostlyf in shade with good ventilation no need for AC in December; short access to pool; walking distance to Brenneke and Shipwreck Beaches

This was the perfect place to stay for Poipu. Beaches were so close, the parking spot and our rooms were convenient and easy to locate. The community and location so close to the beaches were perfect! Parking stalls are a little tight, but that’s how it is everywhere in Kauai. All the extra amenities were wonderful to have. The beach stroller/wagon and boogie boards were wonderful and in excellent condition. Everything inside is nicely labeled. The tv’s, kitchen, laundry, iron and good-sized bathrooms were so handy to have. The A/C units worked great for each of the rooms. Just note that the lights on the ceiling fans are turned on by remote control. That took us awhile to figure out after trying all the different combinations of switches. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Kauai!!

We were given extremely detailed instructions regarding check-in, parking, etc. That was so appreciated since our arrival was late at night. It was super easy getting into the condo. This condo had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards & a wagon to haul it all in. The condo was very clean & spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed using the lanai. I loved that there were LOTS of hangars in the closet! The washer/dryer was a plus, and thank you for supplying the detergent and dryer sheets. The pools were very clean & near the condo. We did not use the tennis courts, The condo complex was beautiful and very well kept. We went to several beaches, but our favorite beach was Brennecke beach, just a 7 minute walk from condo. We enjoyed watching the boogie boarders and swam with turtles! At Poipu beach (just another 2 minute walk from Brennecke), we saw a sea turtle and a monk seal resting on the beach. We've been to Kauai 3 times, and this was the best time, best location and the best VRBO. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Patty’s place was fabulous. The kids loved the variety of pool options, close to some shops and perfect beach access. We have stayed in Kauai a few times and this was by far our favourite property and spot in sunny Poipu. We will for sure be back! Mahalo Patty.

We were given extremely detailed instructions regarding check-in, parking, etc. That was so appreciated since our arrival was late at night. It was super easy getting into the condo. This condo had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards & a wagon to haul it all in. The condo was very clean & spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. We absolutely loved our stay. The rental was clean and organized making it easy to find what we needed. And it had all the extras like shampoo, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, beach gear and more which made our stay enjoyable as we didn’t have to go to the store to buy those things. The location was great. Prompt communication with the property owner. And the listing was very accurate to the actual property - no surprises. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

Location was perfect for us to walk to the beach and see the sea turtles come in at night and go out in the morning.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some.By far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at.The owner was amazing to communicate with and accommodating when we had a flight change getting us in early 🤗 Absolutely recommend and will come back.
