This is the 5th time we have stayed at Kamaole Sands and this unit is by far the best. It was very clean and well stocked with just about every item one would need. It was the first condo where the entire bedroom closet was available to the guest and clean. Tons of bedroom dresser drawers, comfortable bed. Instructions were easy to follow. Pans and cooking implements in almost new condition. Washer and dryer were clean and worked well.
Host was extremely pleasant and could not be more helpful. The only problem is that if she keeps getting 5 star reviews it’s going to get harder to book this condo.

Everything was as outlined on VRBO. Check in was easy. Unit owner new we were arriving late and left a fewfood items in case we were hungry. Rhonda also followed up the next day to see if all was ok. No problems for us but she is only minutes away if necessary. Definitely recommend this rental.

My wife & I have been property owners and travelers to the islands for over 30 years so we feel that we have a good understanding of places to spend some time on Maui. That being said, our stay here at the Sands was great. Everything is updated in the condo. It was very clean & well supplied with anything you could possibly need. It’s close and convenient to all the activities at the complex. Two special things that make a difference compared to other vacation rentals it has are assigned parking (which is close by) & a ceiling fan on the lanai. Sounds like a couple of simple things but if you’ve spent time on Maui in the warmer months, you’ll know what that means. One other important thing to know is that the property manager was great to work with, super friendly & made sure we had everything we needed.
Would I stay here again?…..Absolutely!
