I want to start out by saying the house itself was very nice regarding location and accommodations. Close to stores and pahao village (cute as a button) With the absolute nicest people and the only thing I’d say bad is, there needs to be one window unit in that house. It feels great at night but around 9am you need to leave before the heat hits. Like I said in my title, I gave this house a 3 star because of the company associated with this home for renting out is horrible. The home was disgusting upon arrival, company swore they had cleaned it a day prior to our arrival, there’s no way possible. I’d post pictures but it won’t allow me, second the water pump broke (not their fault) however how they handled it was ridiculous. We didn’t have water for 5 days, had to get a hotel spent 870$ on this hotel. Company would only reimburse me 360$ Even though I provided a receipt. Not to mention it took almost 4 weeks and repetitive calling the site manager to even get the 360$ back. Minor inconveniences however the company renting this house for the owners was a nightmare to have to deal with. It was the hardest thing to get anyone on the phone or a clear answer on anything.
