    We loved the location and the condo had all the amenities you could need. The location was much better than advertised because parking in downtown Kona was crazy, so being able to walk into town is a huge bonus. We didn't spend much time at the pool, but the view is amazing as it is right on the water. The one caveat to the booking is that it is booked through a third party (Vacasa) and they were very hard to get ahold of via VRBO, which was the only contact option for messaging. They seemed to have a different cancelation policy than what was advertised on VRBO was well, which was a bit frustrating and definitely a different experience than booking through a standard VRBO listing. Otherwise, would definitely recommend staying here!

    Other than access the place late at night 3 am as code didn’t work after many tries. Contact individual by phone but the codes she gave me still didn’t work. Only after some nice lady gave me the code to the lockbox that said maintenance did we find a key to access condo. Other than that a great stay in a well equipped condo!! Wonderful place to stay
