!!IMPORTANT!! The exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.

The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.

*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4 inches" for ventilation purposes. Begin in August 1st, Complete in November 18th, 2022 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.

Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them. Please place any and all trash in bags that will not leak or cause damage to the hallway carpets and walls.

*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Please purchase expendable items after consumption.
*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc.
We are not providing the linen cleaning services during the stay....
