Hale O Ua'u Kani, is a beautiful villa located in building 35 at the end of the peninsula, closest to the ocean, on the south border of the Kapalua Bay Villa complex. It has undergone a total professional interior renovation overseen by Design One Remodeling, known for their custom, 'Platinum' level designs.
With an expansive living and dining space with sectional sofa sleeper, plus island style decor infused with the modern amenities like the 65" smart LED TV and Blu-ray DVD.
It has one spacious bedroom, one dual vanity bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Boasts approximately 1000 square feet of interior living space plus approx 200 sq ft of outside lanai to enjoy with dining for 4 plus 2 loungers.
Cherry cabinets and custom granite counter-tops in the remodeled well appointed kitchen. All pools have 'Weber' gas bar-b-que grills and kitchenettes for your use. This flat one bedroom is oceanfront, recently remodeled, clean and well appointed. The kitchen appliances are great, the furniture is attractive, and the art is attractive. Also, the rain shower head is amazing.

From start to finish … we enjoyed the experience. Our executive host Dave was a Class Act! He went out of his way to ensure we had a great vacation. We rented a Condo in the Bay Villa’s. The unit was everything as advertised. Good job guys…I would definitely rent from you again.

My husband and I loved our time at this condo, and wished that we could have stayed longer. It is well-equipped with kitchen, bathroom, beach items, etc. the photos are accurate and it is nicely updated. The views are stunning, and the sunrise/sunsets on the patio or nearby cliffs are gorgeous. The location was perfect - close to many walkable beaches, a quick drive to restaurants and the farmers market. Check-in was easy, and the host was incredibly responsive when we arrived and I had missed check-in instructions in my junk mail. We will definitely be coming back!
