ABOUT THE CONDO...
This is a new vacation rental. This recently upgraded Studio condo is located on the 3rd floor, unit #301. It's approximately 490 sq. ft. in size and is set up to host 2 guests only. You will fall asleep to the sound of the pacific waves in the brand-new queen-size wall bed. The wall bed also provides a couple drawers and a small closet to hang a few of your belongings. There is new wood flooring throughout the unit, along with beautiful granite counter tops. The remodeled bathroom provides a single sink vanity and a shower with a sliding glass door. Please note that there is a 12-inch step to access the shower, so it is not handicap friendly. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is fully functional and is stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. This is a comfortable unit for two with amazing ocean views. Paki Maui does not allow air conditioners to be installed, but there is a ceiling fan in the living room to help with air flow on the days with no trade winds.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY...
The tropical grounds of Paki Maui includes an ocean front grassy lawn area between the building and the ocean. It's just perfect for sunbathing with lounge chairs and tables to help you relax. From the lawn area there are 5 or 6 steps that lead you to protected waters - ideal for snorkeling, and swimming. During your snorkeling experience, you may see the magnificent Giant Sea Turtles, and many tropical fish and colorful coral. There is a gated heated pool and Jacuzzi area; and a sundeck with lounge chairs. You may choose to barbecue your meals on one of the two gas BBQ grills in the pool/cabana area or you can use the charcoal grills located in the lawn area, oceanside (you will need to pick up your own charcoal). Many of our guests consider the BBQ's on the lawn area to be the "Gathering Place" where you can meet and enjoy chatting some of the other guests and residents. Great place to stay. Views were spectacular, saw whales breeching and turtles floating off the Lanai. Fish market and farmers market across the street, as well as the West Maui Wellness Center for a great massage. Check-in amounted to me going directly to my room and punching in my personal code for the week, no key card. Kitchen is well equipped and beach towels, chairs and cooler provided.
