This family-friendly Poipu Beach Estates home has a private yard, outdoor BBQ, and both inside and outside dining offering beautiful sunset views. Enjoy the large gourmet kitchen including high-end stainless appliances and 4 types of coffee makers! There is a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate Raindrop shower in the Master. AC and HDTVs (Netflix & Cable) in every bedroom. Stokke Toddler chair, 2 high chairs, Bassinet, crib with mattress , kids toys, beach gear, games. Close to everything!
Relax in the company of friends and family in the large shared living and dining room that includes a comfortable sectional sofa with large leather ottomans, 60" HDTV with NetFlix and cable, and a gorgeous dining table both inside and out on the covered deck. Outside there is a dedicated BBQ and a large private yard.
The master bedroom includes a large Jacuzzi bathtub, a separate walk-in raindrop shower, a walk-in closet, twin sinks, HDTV with Netflix/Cable, AC, and a custom hand-carved solid wood King Bed.
Relax in the other bedrooms with HDTV (Netflix & Cable,) AC, and Tempurpedic beds.
Walk barefoot on the clean porcelain floors, and enjoy the allergy-free environment (no pets or smoking allowed.) Cleaning procedures are strict and covid-compliant. Enjoy the Mid-Century Modern furniture and authentic serigraphs and paintings.
Most importantly, enjoy the beach! Only 4 minutes away, bring the included 7 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, kid's sand toys, and swimming noodles.
This is not a condo, apartment, or townhome with tight spaces and shared walls. This is a private house on a large piece of land in a very exclusive neighborhood.

The house was perfect for our family vacation to the island. It's in a great location, easy to get to in, and in a private neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes drive or easily within walking distance. The house was furnished extremely well and even went above our expectations with a full supply of cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and coffee! Paula is very communicative and great to work with. Would defiantly stay here again.

I think other reviewers have already mentioned the key reasons this house is awesome. The one major issue that we realized immediately upon arrival is the front steps are extremely slippery. It’s a rainy island, and the steps are in dire need of some non-slip strips of some kind. My husband slipped and fell on the steps when we first arrived while he carried our luggage up. Thankfully he’s young and able-bodied and wasn’t injured. The spot he slipped on has obvious paint wear and tear making me think we weren’t the first people to slip….
The main living area of the home is very hot. Thankfully the A/C in all three bedrooms works great!
Otherwise nice clean property, quiet at night, super comfy king beds (the twin beds would be best for kids as they aren’t the most comfortable mattresses). Walking distance to coffee, shopping and the beach (20 minute walk). Unfortunately not a lot of sidewalks Or designated walking paths.

I live on Kauai but needed a larger home to host visiting family so rented this house for the week. We were so happy with our choice! The house was roomy, clean and comfortable! Our visiting family loved the home and had a great stay. Paula was such a good communicator, we had zero trouble and couldnt have asked for a better experience.

The house was perfect for my family and in-laws, great open spaces and enough roomfor everyone. The location was close to all of the places we wanted to go in Poipu and Koloa. Finally, the communication with Paula was great, always responsive. Thank you for the great place, will use again.
