Beautifully remodeled, Kapalua Golf Villas -Bldg#17- P7/8 is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom/2bath master suites villa located on the Northwest side of beautiful MAUI a short distance away from the breathtaking North Ka'anapali Coastline. The unit features 2 separate Master Bedroom/Bathroom suites with the front bedroom suite decorated with a CAL King bed, two large closets, digital safe, TV/DVD player, in-suite bathroom w/dual sinks, LARGE tiled shower with easy access and a sitting bench. A stackable W/D located in separate closet in bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is a LARGE space offering TWIN BEDS (can be made into a KING upon booking) with a large clothes closet, dresser, TV/DVD player and it's own lanai for relaxing and enjoying a nightly beautiful sunset or Happy Hour! The in-suite bathroom has a large counter, sink, separate bathroom and tiled shower with a large oval tub.

This was a beautiful property right on the golf course with a large 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a large kitchen. The property is well-maintained, the pool was nice, and the walking paths throughout Kapalua allow for plenty of exercise! Close to several of our favorite beaches. Instructions for everything was very clear. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants plenty of space in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

We had a very good experience here. Stayed several days and would stay again. Property manager was exceptional with communication, accommodations, and requests. Property and location: Kapalua is a location removed from the hustle and bustle of busier towns in Maui. If you’re looking for peace, quiet and relaxation, this is the spot for you. There are a few pools on the property (no jacuzzi). Situated on the gold course, the lanai overlooks the course and you are surrounded by lush green grass and beautiful trees. The lanai has a partial view of the ocean. Very short drive away from several beaches, including Flemings, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. The unit: Very well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to make meals while you’re there. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Parking is available for up to two cars with a covered carport. There are stairs to walk down from the carport to the unit, or you can walk downhill on the street to get to the front door. One nice feature is if you need to load/unload your car, there is a loading area just steps away from the front door. I was traveling with my parents and it was helpful to drop them off at the front door before parking the car. One of the pools is just a short walk away and the pool area also has grills for use. Includes beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. There were boogie boards, but the tether/cords were missing so we didn’t use. One thing I noticed (and I’m knit picking here). Maui is know. For its humidity, of course-it smelled a little “musty” to me when I arrived. Like the unit had been closed up for a while. That mostly was fixed by opening up the doors and letting the unit air out a bit. I also have a very sensitive sense of smell, so again I feel like I’m being picky.

Very nice property and location. We fixed the mini blinds!! Just heads up there were ants in the kitchen. No biggie for us but might want to spray. Overall great. Wish I lived here!! PS Waze kinda led us off course so your directions were key. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kapalua Golf Villa condo! The condo was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. The condo was just as you see it in the photos. Loved that it was .5 mile from our favorite beach, Kapalua Bay. We appreciated being able to use some of the beach gear that was on hand at the condo too! Highly recommend staying here.

Property was nice and gave us room as a family of 5. Appliances were newer furniture older. View from the patio was nice and generally was as advertised on site. Amy was responsive when I had questions.
